I came in at 7:45 dropped my keys off and reaffirmed the timeline for instal, Paul assured me it would be an hour so I decided to wait In the lobby. About two hours later, another customer flipped out because he'd sat there for 3 hours. Paul had said the same thing to him about it being an hour. The customer paid and left. The technician said he was not advised by the front counter to install it. When the technician came out after I talked to them, he was unable to installthe trim, advised that he had never seen trim like this, and said it was aftermarket trim. The truck is a 2012 Dodge, and it came with the trim around the windshield, so now I am left with a 1/2 inch gap across the top of my windshield. If you pull up a new 2012 Dodge Powerwagon you can clearly see that they come with black rubber windshield trim. What will Safelite Auto Glass do about this since the technician at the Scottsbluff store had no knowledge of installing this. I expect a response on this inquiry.
