I came in at 7:45 dropped my keys off and reaffirmed the timeline for instal, Paul assured me it would be an hour so I decided to wait In the lobby. About two hours later, another customer flipped out because he'd sat there for 3 hours. Paul had said the same thing to him about it being an hour. The customer paid and left. Needless to say, it was 3 hours of waiting for me too. I was extremely disappointed in the service when spending over $1,300 on tires. The apology was very empty and nonchalant from Paul. My car was not finished. The organization is bad there. They advertise transportation to and from your appointment but that rarely happens. They always seem to have one excuse or another. Other businesses here in our community advertise concierge service for their service. I'm frustrated because I want my Ford to be serviced at the dealership where they have the parts and are supposed to be knowledgeable. Not the case.
