Well once they were contacted by the company that ensures my windshield they gave me a call and explained the process. Super laid back and easy to work with. Had me come in for a picture of the damage. Then once the windshield was in they called me back and scheduled an appointment to get it installed. Took it to them and they even drove me back to work. Plus dropped my car back off to me later that day at work. Lovely little office inside and great people working here. Highly recommended.

I was not happy with the service. I asked that my windshield trim be put back on during the…read more replacement of the windshield. This was not done. It was still laying on the dash. The technician said he was not advised by the front counter to install it. When the technician came out after I talked to them, he was unable to installthe trim, advised that he had never seen trim like this, and said it was aftermarket trim. The truck is a 2012 Dodge, and it came with the trim around the windshield, so now I am left with a 1/2 inch gap across the top of my windshield. If you pull up a new 2012 Dodge Powerwagon you can clearly see that they come with black rubber windshield trim. What will Safelite Auto Glass do about this since the technician at the Scottsbluff store had no knowledge of installing this. I expect a response on this inquiry.
