We had to spend time continuously reviewing the case. My wife's lawyer was playing games to extend the divorce proceedings, and cost me more money. The "great advice" he gave me was to leave my house, rent an apartment, and stop paying my mortgage. The mortgage on the house was in my name only. The ex wife had no obligation to pay it. If I took his advice I would have ruined my credit, and my kids would have been homeless and would have hated me. Near the end of the whole ordeal we were set to meet with a court appointed negotiator to finalize the details of the case. I contacted my ex-wife, her lawyer, and my lawyer, Michael Kuldiner, and told them what I would agree to before we went before the court. The day of the meeting, my wife's lawyer said she would agree to the parameters I had sent in the email. Michael had no idea why the opposing lawyer was agreeing to the parameters of the divorce. She chuckled when she told him that his client, me, had emailed all parties two (2) weeks ago with the list. It was the list of parameters I had given him to negotiate for over a year. The only thing that he was up to date on were the bills to pay him for his "services". I originally contacted the firm of Saffron and Weinberg and Mr. Robert Maizel in 2021 and signed…read morepapers for him to represent me in an employment case. I didn't hear from him until months later in 2022 . He totally forgot that I signed up with him . I should have ran fast at that point . I decided to continue on with him . I would later regret that decision. Mr Maizel continued not to show professionalism by not showing up to scheduled meetings, not returning calls/ emails . His lack of professionalism would eventually put my case in a position where I was short of loosing certain rights . He advised me to file an EEOC complaint . When the EEOC issued a right to sue . He dropped my case the same day I received the right to sue notice . Knowing , I only had 90 days to file a lawsuit and that no other lawyer would pick up a case at this late point . When I confronted Mr Maizel he became angry and started verbally attacking me . I reported this behavior to Mr. Weinberg a named partner at the firm which he did nothing. If you have any type of employment issue or any other legal matter please protect yourself and do not hire this firm . They have made me loose all rights to fight this case with their lack of professionalism .
