I was finally told they were ready to sign and pickup so I set up an appointment. When I went in, they said I just needed to sign and then pay them their money. I wanted to speak to Roger but they asked me what it was about and when I told them, they said that would be a financial matter and I would need another appointment and to pay for that. What!!! I'm in there about my taxes and have questions regarding it and future taxes but I can't see Roger about that without incurring additional fees? It was very upsetting to be treated like that as a client. I won't be going back there. He charged almost $200 to do a simple return when I could have went to AARP's tax sites and gotten it done for free. It wasn't that complicated.
