I have eaten at many food courts and I think this place is going to need to find a way to decrease the time between ordering and serving if they want to survive in this format. My other observation is that it isn't immediately clear when you walk up where you order and where you pick up. There was a bit of confusion between myself and a couple other customers whose turn it was and where we ought to be standing. A couple of simple hanging signs could easily alleviate this and create a feeling of efficiency that will help this new location do well. Please give them a chance. You won't regret the meal.
