Evon is a pleasure to work with! So nice and makes everything so easy! They are also very accommodating as far as dietary requests. The good is amazing and beautiful presentation! So many compliments from our employees!! We order a plethora of appetizers for a heavy finger food buffet... some favorites: black n blue sliders, crab cakes, meatballs, mushroom crossing, stuffed mushrooms. Our guests' needs were pretty complex (multiple allergies, vegetarians, children, etc), and they handled it kindly and seamlessly. The servers were great (Jessica and Tim, I think?) and Charlie, the catering manager, was absolutely a delight! We had a small problem that Charlie rectified before anyone was even aware it was an issue. Kim, who helped us set up our menu in the first place, was also great. She let us do two different tastings with her to finalize a menu that would accommodate our guests, answered all of my emails promptly, and made one of the most important parts of any wedding feel like a breeze. I would absolutely recommend them.

At our wedding my husband and I offered our guests BBQ meatballs and a cheese and cracker buffet for appetizers. The meatballs were absolutely out of this world, and huge! I heard so many of our guests raving about them (myself included). For dinner we started with a salad, which was delicious and came with different salad dress choices. The entrees we chose were Italian herb chicken breast and Italian meat lasagna served with roasted redskin potatoes and glazed carrots. Everything was just to die for! The chicken was the best I've ever had, and I was elated to bring home the leftovers (of which there weren't many).
