Despite three dropped calls, the owner being out of town, and it being a Sunday morning, they made an effort to help us. We shoved everything we could into two 13 gallon trash bags, anxious about cost, and awaited their arrival. The employee who stopped by was so nice and communicative, working through a language barrier to make sure we both understood what was in the bags, when I would be home to receive the delivery, etc. Then came the moment of truth, Lone Star arrived back that evening with our order. Everything was beautiful folded, smelled wonderful, and was intuitively packed. The bill? ~$35. I was just floored. We had been bracing for something in the neighborhood of $50-60, but $35?? Lone Star, you've won customers for as long as we're in the North Dallas area. I'm so impressed. This quality of service FEELS like it should come with a prohibitively steep price tag.
