We ordered the lights and called Tom when they were delivered, and his technician, a very nice guy, came out the next day and removed the old light fixture and installed the LED lights. I was told to buy a $400 monitor to check out the problem . I finally hired an excellent solar repair guy (Erin Clark), who found the problem almost immediately - one of the two solar strings had become disconnected.
