It's $50/mo for quarterly application with a guarantee of keeping the listed bugs out. They come out for free and apply more if there's any "activity" (aka live giant cockroaches in the house in our case once) between applications too.

I really wish I could write a much better review of this company as I was expecting stellar service after reading some yelp reviews. But here I am expressing my disappointment in the tenting crew and how they left my home with damaged gutter drains (2 out of 5). One was stepped on and completely flattened so the rain water has no where to drain out of. The second gutter drain was somehow yanked or knocked out of its position so hard that the screws holding them in place were ripped out. I understand and respect their contract stating that they have no responsibility for damage to gutters and other home property, so I'm not going to make a big deal of the 2 dented gutters. However, it really bothers me that the way my gutter drain pipes were seemingly carelessly handled. I just had those drain gutters installed 2 months ago. AND also every nozzle from my water hoses (all 3 hoses) were removed and left on the ground with the hoses not put back where they were before the fumigation. AND one of the solar panels on my security light was turned backwards. Could they not have simply turned it back the way it was? I also received a text from my not too happy neighbor on the day I was to return home informing me that my smoke alarm was blaring all night the night before. Should I have been advised by the tech that I should have removed the batteries to these alarms before the tenting? And I didn't get any courtesy notice of any damage. I simply came home to find these things on my own. Everything considered, tells me how the crew has such a nonchalant attitude towards providing excellent service. It was very disheartening because I actually loved the customer service I received with each gal I spoke with in securing this service so I was looking forward to and expecting the same kind of service I got from their office. I will NOT be using their service again. But to be completely accurate and clear, I hired Kilauea Pest Control who sent out PEST TECH HAWAII to our home. He also went above and beyond by spraying proactively for roaches, ants, and spiders, and even mentioned it could help with the millipedes that have apparently decided my home is their vacation destination. He treated the drains for gnats too, which I did not even think about but now feel personally attacked by. What really stood out was that everything he used, spray, bait, and powder, was eco friendly and pet friendly, so no stressing about safety while still getting the job done. He also made sure we actually understood what to do after he left. He went over the instructions multiple times, emphasizing that everything needed at least 45 to 60 minutes to dry. Clear, patient, and thorough, basically the opposite of every confusing instruction manual ever written. Also, shoutout to the woman who scheduled the appointment, I am so sorry I forgot your name. She was amazing, super knowledgeable, clearly experienced, and mentioned she has been doing this for years and has been on the islands for something like 47 years. You can tell when someone knows their stuff and she definitely does. Regarding the cost, there was a small difference from the original quote. I was initially quoted 180 dollars before taxes with the note that paying cash would cover the taxes. In the end, I was charged 165 dollars, which was actually lower than expected. I appreciated the transparency during the visit and the final price worked out well. Overall, highly recommend. Huge thanks to Eco Smart for sending such an awesome team. If all service experiences were like this, I would actually look forward to having bugs. Okay that is a lie but you get it.

My need was a bit different - my mechanic found a dead rat in the car. I don't know how the heck it got in there and I don't want to know how. Ace came by early, greeted me, and he was just as puzzled as I was on how a rat ended up in there, but he was able to pull the thing out and clean out the area of the car it was on. Thankfully, it was in an easy to access area and he was able to safely dispose of it. I didn't want to touch that thing with a 10 foot pole - price to remove and dispose of it was very reasonable. Not sure about these other lower reviews, but this is my third time working with them and they're great.

Because of this, the fumigation agreement that was reviewed and signed prior to service specifically addresses conditions involving roof-mounted items, projections, attachments, and other features that extend above or beyond the roof surface. The signed agreement clearly outlines that Absolute Termite & Pest Control is not responsible for damage to items that protrude from, are attached to, or extend above the roofline, as these conditions create risks that are outside of our control during the fumigation process.

After checkout the next day we occupied ourselves til 3 p.m. I called Alice and asked if she could ask George the status on te-entering our house. She said he was out but we would get a call from Josh. Pickrd up our belongings and went to get our fur bebe. Still no call . Hubs went home as we drove separately. Pup and I headed home. House key was left where we requested. House had a funky fishy smell so we left windows open? Kept on a air purifier and Himalayan lamp. Last night I spotted a tiny dead roach. Today I would still smell that strange odor in the hallway and kitchen. Hopefully it will disappear if we keep the windows open, ceiling fan going and mop down the floors. We are delighted with Environ's service. Office staff are friendly and accommodating. This past December and January, I had MPM come out to treat drywood and subterranean termites at my property. They were very quick to respond when they were getting their money, got the jobs scheduled and did it. That part was fine. I was even told I was covered for 5 years for a retreatment if any termite activity was found! Afterwards, we started renovating the property and nearly everyday my contractors were telling me they were were still finding termite frass and active termite activity. I reached out to Menehune and asked them to honor the terms lf their warranty (why would I even lie to them about this?) They said the owner had to come see it for his own eyes before he would honor the warranty. Its now been nearly 4 weeks, I've called multiple times and sent multiple emails. Owner has never came. Ive emailed them picturee, no tesponse. They obviously have no intention of honoring their warranty. I would recommend any other company, I feel duped and lied too and now have to pay for a retreatment within 4 months of having my house treated extensively by this company under the promise they'd retreat it if this exact situation occurred.
