Decided to give him a call and let him know the situation we were in as we needed to make a rush switch and do everything possible to close in 2 weeks. Thuan assured me they could get it done and looped in his team. This was a very rush/urgent situation given the short timeline. Matt Hang was assigned as my loan officer handling my loan. He and the loan processor Sophie Pham worked diligently and professionally to get to the end goal of closing the loan. Although I probably wasn't the easiest client to work with given the urgency and my constant follow ups, Matt and Sophie remained professional and kept pressing forward to get this closed.
