If we absolutely need to park over night in a guest spot, it is fine. It's all about communication and being a good neighbor. And speaking of neighbors, they are really nice! Friendly but not too nosy. Everyone sort of keeps an eye out for each other. This is a family park but you wouldn't know it. The kids are all well behaved and considerate. Not rowdy, rude or noisy. All in all, this has been a really pleasant, relaxing and nice place to call home. We have lived here for 3 years and don't plan on moving any time soon.
