At my son's recent visit for his annual cleaning, we were told he needed a "special cleaning" that would cost an additional $500 out of pocket. When I questioned this, the staff insisted it was required and refused to perform his regular annual cleaning, stating it would be a liability if I declined the extra service. This was very concerning, especially since my son has never needed this type of cleaning before. To be safe, I sought opinions from two different family dental practices, both of which completely contradicted Keller Modern Dentistry's recommendation. Today, my son received his regular annual cleaning at another office with no issues and no extra charges, fully covered by insurance. Based on this experience, I do not trust this practice. I strongly recommend doing your research and seeking second opinions before agreeing to any additional services here. Be cautious -- this office appears to focus heavily on upselling unnecessary treatments.

My teeth are much straighter, not perfect but it solve my issue of biting my cheeks which would have caused me cancer if I had of continued according to my dental hygienist. It took two years and but this next tuesday 8-12-26 I get them off and my permanent retainers on so that's exciting. They will have to shave my front buck teeth to get them straighter but my teeth were really out of place so it was expected. My teen son got the Invisalign also but then did his own silly internet research which told him he shouldn't be wearing them so he stopped which was very aggravating due to him believing the internet over an orthodontist but when I called to tell them to take off his buttons because he gave up they were able to get him regular braces with no extra charges even after the two years of struggles to get him to wear them. He agreed that that's what he wanted since the all mighty internet said so. I did not expect them to do this and it was a great blessing for us. Thank you

Waste of time for me unfortunately. It would have been better if I did the consult online but I don't think they are allowed to do that? So, I went to another IV vendor across town instead, one that I was already established with and was able to get my IV vitamins there and very little IV fluids were required so no issue with my blood pressure. Anyway, beware if you have any kind of medical history, to be judicious as to how you describe it to the providers as, if they hear anything that's a red flag, they may likely decline to provide you with services and you will have wasted 45 minutes of your day for nothing. Also, if you think you will likely need a medical release, perhaps ask if they can just give it to you up front so you can walk in with it already signed. That way you won't go through what I went through and waste your lunch hour just to be denied services by the oh so congenial nurse practitioner.

Dr. Miles and his staff are the best dentist and dental team that we have ever used. I'm 64, and have used the services for cleanings, fillings, crowns, and more. I had one dentist in this area who caused lots of issues from using a used Cerec crown machine that cost us over $40,000 to fix over a few years, from the damage that created the need for new root canals, re-doing root canals, and implants. If we had known Dr. Miles, we would have saved most of that money. We just wish we had known about Dr. Miles and his staff much sooner. Simply stated, they're as good as it gets!! read more

I've had a couple of dentists in my life but had a pretty bad experience with the practice I went to before Miles Dentistry. I really don't know how to put in words but I can say I have been to many Specialist and today 7/27/24 I have struggled with two crowns & one fell out for last time. Was placed with a post to hold the crown I was allergic to. Had the roof of my mouth absets just black and draining. Awful experience. Thank you DR for my PERFECT parcial.
