Told me some bs about how it took awhile to fax over insurance information from provider. Never received one call from the non existent office manager. Dr. Young is great but will not be retuning after multiple problems with his front desk staff who only know how to swipe cards and setup appointment. The manager and front desk staff were so great and so understanding. Thank goodness my kid was patient, and I was able to ask my boss for more time off. Unfortunately, the earliest available appointment was several days away--after the weekend--which left me without necessary treatment during a critical time. In situations where infections can escalate quickly, I expect my dentist to take pain and potential health risks seriously. Instead, I felt dismissed and unsupported. To make matters worse, the staff member I spoke with was rude and dismissive, which added to an already stressful situation. Ultimately, I had to seek care elsewhere and was able to obtain treatment quickly and affordably. This experience has made me realize the importance of asking future dental providers how they handle urgent situations before becoming a patient. Then I inserted my new Veneers they looked great However , Prior to my purchase , I asked 3 different staff , What the material of the veneers is made out of. All 3 said the same thing... the veneers are made out of a hard composite material , similar to real veneers. This is NOwhere near true ! The veneers are clearly made out of a thin wimpy plastic material. They are NOT made out of a hard composite material. They utilize the mold you provide them with computer aided drafting then PLASTIC and a 3D printer , To render , a thin wimpy PLASTIC Veneer. They should not even call their product a veneer. My new upper PLASTIC veneer Broke in 2 pieces , when simply removing the veneer The supervisor told me it was my fault and I am suppose to remove the veneer with 2 hands simultaneously and not 1 hand alone or The veneer can get a hair-line fracture or break I was within the 90-day warranty So They accepted my claim and After receiving the broken veneer in the mail they made me a new upper PLASTIC veneer. 45 days later I received my new replacement PLASTIC veneer They looked great But They were a bit loose Which I told staff Via their web chat And asked if they could send me a new tighter upper veneer like the very 1st veneer that broke and then I'll send the loose 1 back , when the new 1 arrives so I don't need to wait another 45 days For a tighter veneer. Brighter image said , NO. What was shocking was , they actually told me to use denture cream Instead. LoL Seriously ? Due to the veneer being a bit loose when I was eating a grilled cheese sandwich with my veneers on The cheese pulled my veneer off of my teeth and when I bit down , The upper PLASTIC veneer broke. Like I said... They are very wimpy ! It had been 85 days , Since the day I received , the PLASTIC veneer replacement. So I Filed a warranty claim. I was indeed within the 90-day warranty. I mailed the broken veneer to them. Since it takes them 45 days from start to finish I contacted Brighter Image 45 days later Via their web chat Asking for an update On my replacement veneer. Staff said brighter image denied my claim Over a month ago Staff said It had been 95 days , So it was denied Due to not being within the 90 day warranty I was extra upset Cause Brighter Image did not contact me To inform me of the claim denial. I called the supervisor the next day. She confirmed My warranty claim was denied I explained The veneer required a signature But I live in a condo , Like an apartment therefore I had to go to the post office to sign for the veneer After I returned home from working out of state. I received the veneer in hand 1 week after They arrived at the post office. But Brighter Image goes by the date they arrived at the post office but under the by-laws of the warranty its states that it's once you take possession of the product. I really like this dentist, because I feel listened to and the dentist is really smart. I had no…read moreidea I was a clencher. I mentioned a concern with a crown and gum recession. I asked if it was a bad quality crown, because the metal was showing under the porcelain. He explained not entirely the case. He said that part of the reason for gum recession on a back molar was because I was clenching. The process of clenching creates a wobble motion on your tooth and makes gums recede. This is my analogy: think of a post in the ground. You push and pull it back and forth and the dirt recedes. My last dentist just said it was because the gums don't like the material and recede. Long story short, he recommended a mouth guard for almost a year now and the pockets of recession continue to improve. 4s became 3s. 3s became 2s. Sometimes my dentist can run behind, but if you need to get somewhere and you tell them, they will do everything they can to get you out on time. This was the case last year when I had to run for kindergarten lunch with my child at his school. Honestly I would rather he take the time to educate and make me a bit late than just treat me as business as usual or a check box. My previous dentist was time efficient but never offered the same level of care. The previous dentist at a different practice just wanted to do the cleaning and send me on my way. My overall dental health has greatly improved here. There is data to prove it. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, when the replacement arrived, Dr. Z refused to release the tray unless we agreed to transfer my daughter's entire (and expensive) Invisalign case to her office. Keep in mind: this office incurred no cost and performed no work other than receiving a package in the mail. At first, I assumed this must have been a misunderstanding. I asked to speak directly with Dr. Z, but she was unavailable. My daughter's regular dentist then called to clarify, the message relayed back through the front office was the same: transfer the entire case to Dr. Z or the tray would be sent back to Invisalign. The front office staff were polite on the phone, but the situation left us feeling that financial gain was prioritized over patient care and professional courtesy. My daughter has a long-standing relationship with her own dentist and would never consider moving her entire case over a single replacement tray. Based on this experience, I would strongly suggest others proceed with caution. What should have been a simple act of professional cooperation turned into an unnecessary and disappointing situation.
