I stopped in one day because my washing machine was broke. I saw this posting and it was a new…read morelaundromat so I decided to give it a shot. I thought it was pretty cool. You walk in and it's very clean and the owner was there when I was last there and he talked to me for a little bit too. Told me how everything works and offered to help me if I needed any assistance. Super good on the customer service tip. It has tons of washers and dryers, obviously. It has a little area that's kind of like a patio. You can sit out under a covered area and wait for clothes. It actually has a little children's place as well so the kids can sit down and play while you wait as well. They have chairs scattered around it so you can find some seating near your washer or dryer machine if you so decide to do that as well. You basically get a card that you put money on. Or you can pay on the app, that's also an option as well. The washer prices start at $4 and some change and go up from there. The dryer prices are about $2.50 or so for 30 minutes. And they're actually really big. So at the end of the day you can fit a lot in one without overstuffing. If you're in the area and have a need for it, this this spot would be pretty good. It's new and still very well kept.

My 4-Star Review for WaveMax Laundry I have been coming to…read morethis WaveMax Laundry location off Cobb Parkway near the Big Chicken almost every week on Tuesdays or Wednesdays at midday for months now. While the facility is clean and the staff is wonderful, I am giving this a 4-star review instead of a 5-star because of a frustrating issue with the dryer timers. Whenever you open a dryer door to pull a few items out early, the timer keeps ticking down. You end up losing precious minutes that you paid for while the machine is paused. I have mentioned this before, and I really hope the owner can find a way to remedy this so the timer pauses when the door is opened. Aside from that issue, the facility itself is great. It is about two years old, filled with excellent new machines, and kept incredibly clean. I also appreciate that when the owner adjusted the dryers to 10 cents a quarter, he lowered the washing machine prices from $5.75 down to $5.00. Another big plus is the late hours, with the last wash at 8:00 PM and closing at 10:00PM The absolute best part of this laundromat is the staff. There are three ladies who work here, including Elena, who opens in the morning. They are the heartbeat of this business and work incredibly hard. Recently, the owner seems to have secured a new hotel contract because flatbeds and trucks have been arriving loaded down with massive trailers of dirty laundry. Even though their workload has easily tripled, these three women don't skip a beat. They keep the place spotless--constantly wiping down the machines inside and out, cleaning the dryers, and keeping the floors immaculate--all while being warm and friendly to everyday customers. Because the laundromat is open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, these ladies are putting in long, demanding days, with Elena often working past her shift to handle the commercial laundry. I truly hope the owner recognizes their dedication under this heavy new workload and rewards them with a well-deserved raise. They treat this business like it is their own and deserve to be financially appreciated!

I came in two weeks ago to drop off three white button down blouses, expecting that the service would be nice since given a simple task to starch and press my white button down blouse. I was asked to prepay and gladly did in trust that the service will be done correctly. When picked up my items after several days I noticed the task was incomplete upon arrival at home. I returned later that week to ask them to fix the mistakes. As I was in the store asking them to press the shirts there was a customer behind me waiting. The husband then goes to the gentleman behind me and begins talking about me(in my face) to the man behind me yelling "SHE DONT UNDERSTAND" twirling his finger towards his head in a circular motion implying I'm stupid. I then waited to see how long this man will continue to disrespect me. He then stopped and came back to me asking " SO WHAT? WHAT DO YOU WANT ?" Yelling might I add. I asked him to please lower your voice, I do not understand why you are still yelling at me. After I said that, I stated what it was that I wanted which was to simply press my sleeves. The job was terrible and the service was something sickening I cannot describe. I felt so much animosity and hatred! That experience was very triggering and traumatic! I give Jiles Cleaners a 0 from customer service to performance. I only put one star to be able post my review since I can't post without at least one star.

When you go to the dry cleaners, do you look forward to being yelled at? How about having your…read morepile of shirts thrown at you? Maybe the idea of "customer service" is overrated in your book and you like it when a retailer humiliates you in front of others? If so, then In & Out Cleaners is your place to patronize. I took in 5 shirts. 4 were collared button down men's cotton shirts. The 5th was a Nehru collar type button down men's cotton shirt. The day before, I had walked in to ask about their pricing. I was told it was $1.39 for any laundered men's shirt. But, on this day in question, the 5th Nehru collar shirt was charged at $4.50. When I asked about it, the clerk (an older, middle-aged man) told me that it was special and could not go on the same machine as the others. It would have to be dry cleaned. If this had been the first time I ever took that shirt in for cleaning, I might have fallen for it. But, I've owned that shirt for a number of years and taken it in with the others more times than I can recount. Every other dry cleaners has laundered and pressed it with no complaint. So, I asked him to remove that 5th shirt from the ticket and I would take it back before they even started working on it. That's when the fireworks began! He yelled at me "No! No! No!" and gathered up all 5 shirts. He pushed them in my face. He wouldn't listen to any reason. By then, another customer was in the store. It was a humiliating experience. I feel as if this person could be so socially unstable as to act out over this minor incident, there is no predicting how they might act if you had a serious conflict - like a damaged blouse or a lost article of clothing in their care. Go in at your own risk. But know that across the street next to the Dunkin Donuts, there is another cleaner and in every direction a few blocks further, there are others. There is no reason to subject yourself to caustic behavior just for a cheap dry cleaning.
