He saved us a lot of money, as buyers, by recognizing and negotiating a situation, in a very hot seller's market, in which we had an opportunity to win a house that was exactly what we wanted without overpaying by several thousand. While viewing listings, he identified expensive problems, multiple times, in houses that looked good.
