The recovery was very long and included many different elements like nail avulsion, multiple fractures, infections well after the fact, nerve damage, hematomas, and lots of wound care. Dr. Yadegaran was proactive every step of the way and was incredibly patient with all my questions. She was never dismissive of my concerns and willingly took her time when I needed to receive numbing injections so as to minimize the pain from the injections themselves. I was an emotional wreck but she took it all in stride, pun intended :) She was recommended to me by a close friend who would tell you that she can be a tough customer. I happily drove all the way from the Westside to see Dr. Yadegaran and will continue to do so for any other foot issues that arise in the future. Her office is also exceedingly friendly and easy to communicate with, and I never had any trouble with my insurance or making a convenient appointment.

Dr. Yadegaran is not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. she took the time to listen to all my mother concerns, explain everything clearly, and made sure she felt comfortable every step of the way. It's rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with such warmth and compassion. we left feeling reassured and truly grateful to be in such good hands. I would highly recommend Dr. Yadegaran to anyone looking for exceptional care. Thank you for making such a positive impact on my mother health and overall experience!

When I got a follow up call regarding the blood test I got a voice mail to call back. Instead of leaving me a message with the results. Calling the office here is a joke. No one ever answers. The voice mail doesn't work. Finally got a person on the phone. She said she could schedule a call with the doctor IN A MONTH. I said I just want the results of my test. Waited month. Doctor called OUTSIDE of the agreed upon window. Left message with no information. I went through the nightmare of trying to reach the office, again. Finally spoke to their attitudinal receptionist, again. Again, set up a voice call for a week from then. This time the doctor didn't even call. I've noticed a growing trend of medical customer service going in the toilet, and Burbank Foot Care is leading the way. Congrats.

Also the receptionists are courteous and work hard to keep things moving. Never had to wait more than 2 minutes! Smoothly run practice that far exceeded my expectations.

He will refer you to the people, place, or treatment that you are in need of. The technicians are all sweet and polite, always with a smile. As I was waiting to be seen by the doctor, water was brought to me because they offered and I accepted. I love coming here. I always feel welcomed.

My journey with Dr. Randall began about five years ago, though I'll spare you all the details. I've always been an active person--playing sports growing up and continuing with workout classes, hiking, and other physical activities as an adult. However, in my thirties, I began experiencing severe pain in my left ankle, which greatly impacted my ability to enjoy the activities I love. On a basic level, Dr. Randall is incredibly smart, kind, patient, and attentive. She never rushes through appointments and genuinely takes the time to listen. But what truly sets her apart is her unparalleled expertise in foot and ankle health, her commitment to staying on top of the latest medical advancements, and, perhaps most importantly, her genuine passion for her work. From the beginning, Dr. Randall was upfront about my condition and explained that a subtalar joint fusion would likely be the best solution. I was hesitant to move forward with this procedure and opted to try steroid injections first. While these provided temporary relief for a few weeks at a time, the pain inevitably returned. I've never discussed this with Dr. Randall but I even went on my own "LA tour" to meet with all the other "top ranking" foot and ankle surgeons to get their opinion - including UCLA, USC, and Dr's in Beverly Hills. Some dismissed the idea of a fusion altogether without offering any viable alternatives beyond enduring the pain. Most, however, echoed Dr. Randall's recommendation. But unlike Dr. Randall, they made me feel like just another number in their busy schedules. In April 2024, I made the decision to move forward with Dr. Randall's recommendation and undergo the fusion procedure. By that point, the pain had become unbearable--I was limping constantly and relying on 8-10 Advil every morning just to get through the day. While I was nervous, the relentless pain left me with little choice but to take the leap. Looking back, it was the best decision I've ever made. Technically, my range of motion is slightly reduced, but the trade-off has been life-changing. I'm completely pain-free and back to doing the activities I love. I not only feel better physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Thanks, doc!
