I called on a Friday and Julie the hair stylist was already booked through the day but was able to get my son in on Monday morning. Unfortunately my son screamed the entire haircut and we needed to hold him down and take multiple breaks but she kept her cool and was patient with my son. The haircut turned out nice and she even gave him a lollipop . Nice family barber.

The barber was immediately skeptical and said that was not a skin fade (even though I've had this style for several years). He used a 0.5 guard for the skin fade. When I asked if he could go shorter down to the skin like I had requested he said that it would not blend with the top of the head. When I asked why not he said because it wouldn't fade well together. At that point I realized he took too much off the top to be able to blend a skin fade so I resigned to having him stop and not messing it up further. Got home and was told by my husband that the entire back of my head was uneven (see picture). Won't be going back.

Once we were done there and were on our way out we walked passed their store front and as soon as we did, the man inside resilient hair designs started to yell and say profanities. Me and my girlfriend didn't pay much attention at first as we did nothing to illicit such a reaction towards us. We have no affiliation and have never been to the area, but for some reason the man became increasingly upset as we walked passed and we noticed he followed us out of the building and continued to yell towards our direction and when we looked back he was staring right at us and went back inside while continuing to maintain eye contact and yell profanities towards us. My girlfriend felt threatened and uncomfortable so we left as quickly as we could, I have no idea why this happened but if that man was the owner or an employee I would recommend not going there, I feel it may be an unsafe place to get a haircut and would recommend going elsewhere.

My haircut looks like I was a test subject for a barber school. When I was in the "salon" it looked like it was a descent job. But when I got home and looked in the mirror one side of my head was cut completely different than the other. it was like I had two different haircuts. Uneven and longer with small tufts of hair sticking out all over. even in the back one side was longer than the other and then remembered she didn't even give me a mirror to see the back. to make it even worse she created this ridiculous dumb parting line down the middle of my head that looks like a stupid 80s rickspringfield hair cut. ugh, literally this is the worst haircut I've ever had. I can cut my hair myself and do a better cut. I just wanted a typical haircut. short with no complicated fades or anything difficult. the one star is for whoever cut my hair. I won't mention the name. If you go here make sure you know somebody that they had and are recommended. I'm sure I could go back and have them fix it but then it would be uncomfortable. I am so mad. Now I have to go to a place that can fix it and waste my day off.
