The woman actually did a very good job, her only downfall was that she listened to my instruction, which led her (and my hair) astray. She made it look quite good with her ability to style it after the cut, so as I was in the salon, I thought it looked good and left, content. Fast forward to at home. I took a shower and the 'natural' look of the hair was foolish, and my styling abilities only made it look worse. My wife gently let me know it didn't look good. No matter what I did with gel, paste, etc., it looked ridiculous. Finally on Saturday I called, explained the situation and they encouraged me to come in for an edit. I believe the gentleman's name was Zack (Zach?) who I spoke with and coincidentally cut my hair. He did a fantastic job, really. The situation overall was wonky but he listened to my ordeal and did the edit very nicely and FREE of charge.
