What resulted was a complete disaster, especially since she was only supposed to touch up my roots. It was a year ago, in January 2018. Since then, I've been seeing Stephanie every 6 weeks as I need to constantly color my grey hair. Every time it is a pure joy and pleasure! She listens carefully what I'd like to do with my hair, from a haircut to a specific color, and suggests what would be the best. Stephanie never promises to do something that can't be done. Another great thing is that the time allocated for the haircut is purely yours! Stephanie doesn't take multiple clients at a time, her attention is 100% yours all the time. Waiting, waiting, waiting and yes WAITING, I was barely acknowledged when I walked in, and then proceeded to be ignored while the stylist went well past MY scheduled appointment, not once offering any reassurance that she would be right with me, talking and taking her time and completely being inconsiderate of MY time. 20min PAST my scheduled appointment and STILL she talked and laughed even inviting another employee into the conversation further prolonging the other person's appointment and completely ignoring me and my time. Unless they know you personally and have built a relationship with you, don't bother coming here, you'll be completely ignored and made to feel completely irrelevant. But 3 days ago I put brown on it with red on the inner layer and I asked for a bayalage and to cover the red. She foiled my hair @3:30, and added color to the rest of my hair. She rinsed my hair at 6 and added toner. All my hair was falling off, and she tried to not let me see it. After I saw all my hair on the floor I was shaking and crying. She proceeded to tell me I didn't disclose my hair history. I showed her I had highlights last year, but since then I only bleached it 3 weeks ago. Before even starting I asked for a color remover before bleaching to see what level I was at. Instead she rebleached it. I had to cut off 5 inches off my hair, and all the top of my hair is broken off. I will be contacting thier corporate office
