Wow what a wonderful experience. I came for the ultimate pampering head spa and it was amazing. The space itself is immaculate and very nice. Staff is very friendly (and skilled!). Loved the head spa, massages were great both on my back and legs/feet. I'd come back in a heartbeat. My only criticism is they didn't fully blow dry my hair after the wash, it was more like a damp-dry. But otherwise this place is awesome and I'm looking forward to my next appointment. read more

I had the Signature Head Spa today and it was absolutely fantastic. The spa itself is clean, the staff is friendly and considerate, which made the whole experience feel relaxing from the moment I walked in. The treatment started with cooling under-eye patches and then turned into so much more than just a head spa. In addition to the amazing scalp treatment, there was also massage on my back, neck, shoulders, and arms (which was such a wonderful surprise!). I was expecting a great scalp treatment, but I definitely wasn't expecting a full upper-body relaxation experience! Another thing that completely impressed me was that they blow out your hair afterward. I honestly thought I'd have to leave with wet hair, so it was such a treat not only to have a dryer available but to have the therapist do the blowout for me. I left with my hair and scalp feeling so clean, and my whole body felt loose and relaxed. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to make this a regular thing! This place left me feeling brand new. The whole experience from beginning to end was amazing. The Health massage is amazing. They take their sweet time. They concentrated every point of your head then they get to your shoulders and your neck and then your back. It was amazing. My first head wash experience. Ivy was great. Time frame and price was reasonable. I was glad to know that they didn't use scented shampoo, conditioner, and massage oil. Most Asian massage places tend to have people talking in the back ground. I had a few bad experiences were two masseuse working next to each other would talk the entire time; makes it hard to relax. But, Ivy and Jenny were very professional and my cousin and I were able to really enjoy our massages a silent, relaxing environment. I was also very happy to new that they use brand new combs for each client. The foot massage was great. I really like the warm eye patch that they give you. Street parking only. I definitely recommend this place and may return myself (I say "may" because I am from CA and was in town visiting my cousin). read more

I really wanted to love this place as it is right next to the hospital where I work. Basically 79 dollars to get your hair washed with a very light neck "kneading." The most off putting thing were the robes and sheets, which smelled of bad body odor. That's all I could think of during my time. I didn't even stay to get my hair fully dried. The masseuse continued to put the dryer right on my scalp, and I finally had to stop her from burning my scalp. I paid 100 dollars total and left. I have been here 4 times so far and it's been great every time! Now, I buy gift cards for my friends here because I know for sure that their service is consistently good. The staff are all wonderful, the prices are reasonable for all of the services you get, the warm eye mask during the foot massage is heavenly, and the little extra hospitality like free seltzers and water from the fridge while checking out is so thoughtful. While I'm getting my hair dried with the Dyson hair dryer, I sit and wonder which service guests get to actually use their showers. All of their products are high end and the blowouts are great. Greeted warmly by all workers, today I had a full spa day with the Love Connection massage package and the Ultimate Pampering Head Spa. The hour massage was soooo good, Mia had great hands and my partner who had Ana also really enjoyed the massage; we were put in the same room by request :). The head spa experience was intriguing and relaxing. Thorough head massage and scalp cleaning. In addition we added the cooling gel face mask which was applied during the head spa and it was relaxing and feels good. Finally, they blow dried my hair with the Dyson hair blower and it was quick and nice. If you can afford to, definitely try to come here every chance you get or maybe on every specially anniversary/ celebration/ occasion you can! 10/10 first time experience! What an amazing experience! I booked this on a whim (2 days before I actually went in for my appointment) and honestly could not have been happier. Everyone was friendly! Everywhere I walked throughout Ginkgo I was pleasantly pleased with how beautiful, calm and clean it was! The head spa was amazing! I felt soo relaxed and genuinely enjoyed every second of it. I went to Gingo spa, very unprofessional that a staff member climbed on top of table during my massage. This happened to another member of my party as well. He Also, called to reserve room for a celebration which they did not have ready for us. Would not go back here, disappointing. read more
