I went in for a 215 appointment for a 90 minute massage and when I walked out, it was 330. I told the woman very nicely that we ended a little early but that's OK. Instead, she fought with me telling me that I came at a different time when I know what time I came. She was so rude to me that she basically threw my credit card at me at the end, and even though I tipped her, she threw the tip behind her.. I'm really thinking about if I should ever go back again it was very upsetting how she dealt with the entire thing. It's OK that she made the mistake but the way she treated me was disgusting inappropriate and very unprofessional! I hope they can learn from this review Because their massages truly are wonderful!

STAY AWAY - TRUST ME…read more For whatever reason there is a cluster of massage businesses in this area. The place I used for many years, alas, went out of business so I was looking for another. I tried calling, but this place didn't speak very good English, so I texted them instead. It took a bit to get the most basic information, like time and confirmation they had a female masseuse, as the appointment was for my wife, on her birthday. Finally it was all confirmed for 2 hours later, at 4:15. But when we got there, there were two women ahead of us that told the employee they had a 4:10 appointment. We noticed they were having issues getting set up and the employee had to call their manager. The manager wanted to talk to me. She went on to tell me that I had not confirmed in time. What? I had confirmation from her, in texts, and confirmation my wife would be provided a female worker. But the manager said it was my fault. How I asked, we were confirmed, you can see this in the texts. She got rude. My wife finally looked at me and said: "Darling, this was sweet of you. But ..." She came closer and quietly said, "Breath deep. To calm down, but also do you smell that? Something smells horrible." I took a breath and yes, something was not as it should be. I wanted my wife to have a relaxing birthday. Instead, they amped up her anxiety. We left. There was also some weird guy standing there looking at the women. Maybe he is a masseur, I don't know. But his gawking made my wife uncomfortable to undress with him walking all around. Also, the entrance was cluttered and dusty. Felt more like a storeroom with a couple of chairs. UPDATE: Some hours later, presumably after she saw this post, I get a text from the manager that literally starts off with: "Hey, sorry for the late reply babe. " I have never met this person. Let alone do I allow anyone but my wife to call me "babe". That was followed by - I kid you not - 6 more texts. This operation is a total shit-show.
