They told me that I could bring the collar in for them to determine if they could do the job. I was helped immediately and they recommended that I go to Joann Fabric to purchase rivets for the dog tag. There was also an extra fee if you use your card on contactless payment and the the payment was requested up front which didn't allow for me to get cash and avoid the additional fee.
