Last month, they finally claimed to be delivering, only to drop off the map altogether. I have not been able to reach them or have heard any replies to numerous phone calls and emails for about a month now. Not only have they had poor communication, they seem to be avoiding us altogether. Terrible customer service. I would definitely not do business with them anymore. Their work was good in the past, but I have no idea what happened and now we might be out a lot of money.
