If you're looking for a spot, for the whole football team to sit down and have the pizza this is not the spot for you, however a small group of four can hang out but if a small group is hanging out you have to take your party elsewhere. Very good pizza product place is built primarily looks like a carryout location, it would be cool if they had outdoor city as well because they do have the space out front. They said they don't have a public restroom but they will allow it if it's absolutely necessary. However I am happy with the product. If you're looking for people to tell you how awesome you are this is not that kind of place but it's cool because you don't have to worry about having to tip anyone. I had a very disappointing experience with this location. When I placed my order, the employee said she couldn't hear me well, so there was clearly a communication issue while ordering. I calmly repeated my order multiple times and clearly asked for two small pizzas. When the order arrived incorrect, I called to resolve the issue. Instead of helping, the employee was extremely rude and argued with me repeatedly, insisting she was right despite the clear misunderstanding. I stayed calm and reasonable the entire time, but she continued arguing "up and down" that she was correct and refused to offer any solution. The situation escalated unnecessarily, and she eventually hung up on me while I was still speaking. When I called back to request the owner and district manager information, I was refused in a dismissive and sarcastic manner. I also asked for the manager's name, and she responded rudely and said she was the manager, which was concerning given how the situation was handled. I am grateful people work on New Year's Eve, and I tipped really well for a carry out order. It wasn't ready an hour after the pickup time, and I left with a partial order. Pizzas were cold. Absolute disappointment. They didn't even care that I asked to leave with whatever was ready and not the complete order. Got a family meal with chicken, JoJo's, and Buffalo chicken pizza. Pizza was ok according to my my wife and son but not great. There are many better pizza spots around Ontario/Mansfield. The chicken had to be the worst fried chicken I've ever had. I'd prefer a frozen chicken mean over this garbage. The grease was old and chicken over cooked. My dogs did like it though and since the grease was old, the Jojos's sucked too. I've eaten here before and it was fine, but not great. Amazing pizza and mojo's. Food is great, very heavy pizza's, dense crusts (NOT thin), and LOTS of cheese and toppings, but not so much it separates from the crust. Customer service isn't always the best (most are young, prolly seniors in high school or a little older), it's hit and miss with customer service. This Gionino's is a carry out or delivery location, so it's not as big of a deal for us since you only talk to someone to place an order. read more

Well ordered a Philly cheesesteak and no juice or any juiciness to it. I'm from Texas and I had better there, pizza bland and not don't, cheese bread lmao joke crust not done and cheese not cooked. I ordered a chicken sub with lots of different toppings and two orders of jojo's. The food was AMAZING ! The sub was very fulfilling and made exactly how I asked ,I was skeptical about ordering the jojo's because of the quantity advertised (6piece and 25piece) .I didn't think 6 jojo's would be enough at all. Turns out it was more than enough and I asked for ketchup (delivery people usually forget) but he remembered and was quick/nice about the transaction. And got charge for a two item pizza waited 45 minutes for it drove across town was hungry so we ate most of pizza when we called the manager said oh yeah I remember there was a mixup and yes he was charged for two toppings next time you come in we will give you 10% off. So about a year ago I ordered chicken. I have always enjoyed Gionino's chicken; however, on this day it was over cooked. I called the restaurant and was told that what I was saying was not true. They did however bring another order. Last night I ordered pizza, now mind you I have had Gionino's food many times and the delivery was quick, and the employees have been very kind. After an hour last night I called because I had not received my pizza and was told the driver was on his way. I waited another 10 min, and no driver. I checked my phone a few minutes later (9:51) and had a missed call. I then received two calls "no caller ID" at 9:52 telling me the driver had come to the house and called me twice and that she had proof because the driver had shown her. I told her that I received one call right before her call and that was it. She became nasty and when I insisted that the driver bring the pizza back she said "are you going to be there?" The driver finally arrived and I asked to see his phone and I showed mine. He became irritated and said he had called 4 times and been over and had gotten no answer. I began to tell him this could not be true and showed him I had only received one call. and that he needed to tell the woman that called me.. and he interrupted me and said "I'm not telling her anything, just sign this I have to go." I signed and handed it back and he went to give me the receipt and I slammed the door. Although, we have enjoyed the food and service at this restaurant we will no longer be called liars and treated like we are scum of the earth.
