Both of these extractions were done by Dr. Aronoff and he is such a great guy, I felt compelled to try to find a way to tell people about him. If you have fears about having this type of work done, this is the guy for you. He will tell you everything he is doing as he does it. He makes sure you are in ZERO pain before he starts. He will answer any questions you have, he calls you that night after surgery to make sure you are ok... etc etc... just a great guy and his prices are very reasonable for the area and his talents. --------------------------------------------------------------- I had to go back for a follow up visit, where another small procedure had to be done which was no fault of the Dr's. I was seen right away, no wait. Dr. Schachter was very kind, calm and gentle. He made sure to administer the novocaine in the most painless way possible. He talked me through everything, took his time and by the time the tooth was removed- I didn't even realize he had taken it out. I felt nothing! His assistant was super sweet, kept my company and talked to me while we waited for the novocaine to kick in- she even let me hold/squeeze her hand during the procedure (in hindsight it was totally unnecessary the way I squeezed the crap out of her hand, but it was still very comforting lol). So therefore I scheduled an appointment first off let me say I've never been to a dentist office where they have more than 1 doctor. Staff pretty much sucked no personality barley like to talk besides a few. I paid oop due to the fact my insurance didn't cover.. if we fast forward to the time I had the root canal in about April I went back a month later because I was still having pain, come to find out the lady that treated me no longer worked there ... hmm that's weird.. so the next person gave me antibiotics because he said it could be infected... went back a week later and still in pain they didn't take any new X-rays or re check the root canal he basically told me to go to a oral surgeon and get an Apicoectomy there might be something " they can't see " never provided me with 1 I was stuck finding one myself and come to find out they had a oral surgeon that worked at that office. Never called me once again to ask how I was doing or again checked the tooth again.... From that month until about September I've been suffering with pain from their poorly root canal job which they left a nerve still alive and they would've known if they would've re opened the tooth.. I don't get back money nor time ... but they did call me to see if I wanted to come back in for my yearly cleaning... my insurance is currently requesting Information from them and they won't respond.. needless to say pls save your time/money and not go here if I could give negative or no stars definitely.

The staff was PERFECT! (both secreterial, and clinical). I met him due to a comedy of 'issues', my dentist was out, his referral was closed, but that office's voice mail directed me to Doc Greenberg. When I went back to get the stitches out, I had to wait 15 minutes. I found out that it was due to an older lady that had a sudden abscess...perfectly understandable, and that convinced me that necessity, not scheduling is his priority. BRAVO!
