We went there today for dinner the food was great but the atmosphere was terrible. There was a family in the back that had a kid that was screaming and carrying on like a lunatic. Now I am use to children but this was annoying all of the clientele. I heard the table next to us say I think we are at Chuck e Cheese. Decent food, but our waitress was a stalker! We both had sandwiches, I asked for extra cheese on mine and they certainly did not fall short in this category. We had Garlic Bread with Cheese for an appetizer, I wasn't terribly thrilled with the combination of cheeses on this. As for our waitress... oh boy. She sat about 10 feet away from us and watched us eat. If we finished a drink, she was immediately at the table and would take the glass away to bring a new one. This was actually quite annoying. I won't say anything about their stuffed pizza, which I feel everyone knows about it. If you don't know what it is, then just order it without question. Beside that, I've tried their thin crust, which isn't bad at all, but its got nothing on their stuffed variation. Chicken sandwhich was better this time.. last time I had it I had food poisoning. This time I had such a small portion of chicken there is no way I could get sick.. they butterflied the chicken breast and only put half of it on the sandwhich.. like a splitting a chicken breast in half is really making it that much for profitable for you? they are cheap! and the 4 dollar delivery fee is a little excessive. read more

Food has always been on time, hot, and tasty!! I wish I could order more frequently from this place, as it always fills me up and satisfies my cravings. Food was great however I am only giving 2 stars because service was horrible. We first got our drinks, then we ordered. We ordered 2 pizzas one deep dish, one thin and we each ordered a side salad. There was five of us, they never came back once they gave us our salads, they were good however very skimpy on salad dressing, only a little container half full, my mom couldnt eat her salad no dressing, the waitress never came back until the pizza was ready 40 min later, i asked for dressing they gave another half full.. We came in to pick up several pies to feed the masses. When we arrived, we received a call advising that we were going to be a pie short. The manager and staff went above and beyond to get us the missing pizza within a few minutes. They were extremely accommodating and genuinely worked to correct our error!! I've loved this place for years due to the high quality of pizza, the service just brings it all together. My husband and I went here while waiting for our son to be done with a birthday party. We've lived in the area for a long time and have never been. I got their caprese sandwich and it was amazing. Their brushetta is to die for, they have this thickened balsamic vinegar on top that really adds to the dish. My husband ordered an Italian beef and it came in a pie form, which was unique and fun, plus he said it was really good! The service was very friendly and the wait was not long. The delivery driver needs a new job. He is rude and unprofessional. Why should you have to pay for a salad when you order an Italian meal? At other places, it is always included. Their pizza has too much cheese and their prices are too high for what you get. read more

Have ordered numerous pizzas from Giordano's in Minooka and they were all quite tasty until today(5/9/15). Ordered a thin crust "special" and it was tasteless. When I call to inform Giordano's I was told by the manager that they always use the same ingredients and in not so many words I was the problem and apparently our guests as well. Bottom line if I'm driving 25 miles for a pizza it will not be to Giordano's in Minooka. read more

I was in Monday and today. I made the mistake of coming in monday without my husband so was forced to come back today (tuesday). This location is the best. I will not eat at any other location. The food always comes out perfect. The service from the time you walk into the door to the time you leave is on point. I have done my time bartending, serving and managing restaurants for several years and this is TRULY what customer service is about. Monday my server was Katie. She was so attentive to us and I have my 1.5 yr old son with me and she entertained him as well. She was the sweetest girl! Tuesday my server was Ashlyn, and again she was amazing. She always was very attentive to my husband and I and my son. My husband even mentioned how great of a server she was, which takes a lot coming from him. This establishment is so lucky to have those two ladies. They both deserve raises or some type of recognition! We will definitely be back. read more

On a recent evening on a Monday night my boyfriend and I went to this Giordano's location in Minooka at around 8:15pm to meet up with the rest of my family. I called earlier that night to see what time they were open until and the young lady told me "we take our last order at 9". When looking online I found they were open until 10, therefore we drove 45 mins from our home to meet with my family. As stated before we arrived at around 8:15pm and as soon as we walked in felt very uncomfortable. I'm not sure if it was the owner or the manager but we could tell the man was hesitant to even greet us and didn't even respond when we asked how his night was going. Turns out they close at 9, and when I told them that there would be 5 of us he said "sorry the kitchen already started cleaning to close". I've served at multiple restaurants in my day and regardless of if a person walked in 45 mins from close or 5 mins to close we never turned them down, even if it was a painfully slow day! Needless to say they pushed us out the door and we had dinner else where. Very bad for Bussiness! read more

When I went to this location I went with my father who recently moved down south so he was really excited to get a Chicago style pizza. However, the manager came out after waiting for over an hour and said they lost our pizza! So then she said she'll put in a thin and make it free. But a thin pizza you can get anywhere. Then the next time we went we ordered a cheese Chicago style pizza, plain cheese. They brought out a pizza filled with meat, onions, mushrooms, and whatever else. Since when did cheese Chicago style mean stuffed with junk? The manager came out and said she could put in a cheese, but we were already waiting close to an hour for the first. She then stood there awkwardly and seemed mad when we are the ones that should be. She wad rude and so was the waitress. I will never again go here, I will drive all the way to shorewood before I go there again! read more

Very disappointed. We live right down the street and order from there all the time. There deep dish is obviously delicious but can be expensive so we only get it once in awhile. Anyway, we recently discovered they actually make our favorite pizza, an actual Classic margherita pizza. We were so excited because we live in Minooka and the pizza options out here are super limited. However, when the pizza arrived we were so bummed. I wish I would have taken a picture. There were maybe, without exaggerating, five tiny pieces of basil on the whole pizza, the tomatoes were delicious but there were maybe 20 of them. I should have called and complained but I think that's literally their version of a $20 margherita pizza. I don't mind paying the money but deliver on the ingredients. Basil, tomatoes and mozzarella is not where you should be trying to save on ingredients. Very sad effort and we won't be ordering from them again. Ordered delivery from Giordano's tonight and it took over an hour (and I did NOT order the stuffed pizza which usually takes an hour because of the required baking time). And when my starter platter arrived it was covered in grease and the box was dripping. When I opened it all the sauce containers were spilled on top of the food making it soggy and inedible. The beef sandwich also had the sauce containers and hot peppers spilled all over it. I had even requested for hot peppers not to be included because I am allergic and they were not only in the box but spilled all over the sandwich and leaking onto the other boxes as well. So best advice only order pizza from this location and be prepared to wait at least an hour if you get it delivered. read more

I've been to this location plenty of times and had fantastic service but this time it was less than good. I specifically called the resturant to see what time the kitchen closed, because being a server myself I understand how it works when the resturant is about to close. Whomever I spoke to on the phone said that they take their last order at 10:30, so my friend and I walked in around 9:50. When I walked in it looked like they were getting ready to close so I asked if their dining room was closed. Who I believe to be the manager said they weren't closing and we can sit over in the booth. Our server was very nice there was no issue whatsoever with that. We order pretty quickly and after about a half hour we still hadn't gotten our food and they were closing in 15 minutes. After the food came out I was trying to help them out and tell them to box it to go but they insisted we ate their and not to rush. Even though they said that I felt the managers eyes on us and we felt extremely uncomfortable. So we got the check and asked for it to be boxed to go. When we were leaving I saw the manager closing the revolving door so I told her politely to have a good night she looks up at me and doesn't say a word. At that point the whole dinner was ruined. If they didn't want to serve anymore tables I would have gladly went somewhere else no problem.
