First of all, when I was in an accident and called for service, I spoke to an assistant who handed me over to Nick, who was very understanding, had me send him photos of my car and sent someone to tow it right away. At the shop, Nick explained everything thoroughly and I knew my car was in good hands. When the repair job was complete, I was updated via text message and was even offered an option to save me a few hundred dollars by foregoing a hood painting since the colours were slightly off.
When I finally picked up my car, I once again spoke to Nick, who explained how difficult it was to find parts for my somewhat antiquated car, but to give a call in a few weeks to see if the there was any news and so they could repair a hole in my bumper as opposed to replacing the entire thing which was already a challenge. Any questions or concerns I had were immediately addressed. Nick was very professional and personable at the same time and even gave me a sizeable discount on my bill.
