To walk around this place and see the size of it, it's offerings and the number of vessels there, you'd think they wouldn't give me the time of day or even know that I or my little boat existed. Couldn't be further from the truth. Anytime I call and say my first name and that I have the little Chris, they know who I am and Tom (and the other Tom) are always more than willing to do whatever I need (living in California now). When Sandy hit, I was petrified that my boat was lost. She was safely tucked away and again, when I called they knew just what to say. I've recently had my boat hauled to the west coast and upon leaving, Tom made a lap around the marina to make sure that nothing was left behind from her various storage locations and the machine shop. I can't recommend these guys enough, nor can I imagine what kind of service someone would receive if they had a sizable and operational vessel in a slip! If you're looking, McDaniels is the ONLY place to consider.

Because the vehicle was technically out of warranty, I contacted the sales department, who directed me to the service department. After extensive discussions, the service manager agreed to reimburse us for the $400 repair cost. I waited over a month for the payment to process. During that time, a new manager took over the service department. Following another round of tedious back-and-forth, this new manager informed me that they would not honor the previous agreement. It is completely unacceptable and shameful for a dealership to renege on an explicit commitment made by its leadership. We are now unfairly stuck with the repair bill. When the time comes to purchase our next $70k SUV, it will absolutely not be from this Chevy dealer.

I thought the shrink wrap was going to be super expensive but it wasn't at all. I decided to shrink wrap it and the work that JC Marine Services did on it was outstanding. I haven't seen such a well thought out shirnk wrap execution whcih also included enviornmental componenets to be sure any moisture could escape and keep the boat fresh. We just got done getting it ready for this season and when we arrived to do the work we were all impressed with the job that JC Mairne services did.
