I visited 3/13/25 ordered 2 19 inch pizzas o e custom the other pepperoni and cheese. I paid 12.50 for the toppings on pizza one plus 17.75 for the pizza came out to be a 30 dollar deal the other a little cheaper total cost $66. Both pizzas were very bland and had very little toppings at all you couldn't even tell what toppings were on the pizza. I really don't know how to describe this place beyond noting it's a pizza chain that was good years ago and hasn't aged well. That or my tastes have matured with the years and they really haven't. For the type and quality of pizza they provide you're best to just get something cheap and simple, as nothing else is worth the rapid cost increase for what is no better than their regional competition. On a national level, you would be better off getting the big chain pizzas for their general consistency and changes to modernize. Avoid the Buffalo Chicken Pizza as it has no flavor beyond baked chicken on top of a cheese pizza. Really quite disappointing as the 'test' of the 3 we picked up. Robin Giavonni's pizza is really good but the service and the store manager needs to learn some manors they messed our order and the girl at the window said are next pizza would be free so when I called they manager he said no I explained that was the only place we get are pizza's for year's all he wanted to do was argue so I told him I wasn't going argue with him he hung up, really bad customer service, won't be going back! read more

Pizza was hot and fresh, tables were clean, but the staff isn't very attentive. Waited several minutes before they acknowledged I was standing at the register waiting to order. We placed our "eat in" order and got our drinks, plates, silverware and sat down. About 20 minutes later, another girl brought out a pizza in a box and said "large pizza to go"? (We were the only ones in there). We said we were eating in (I thought our drinks, plates, silverware and napkins would of gave it away ‍). After she brought back our pizza on a serve plate, we never saw anyone else again. Great food, just poor service. read more

I am NYC born as well as my husband, this restaurant brings us back there every time we eat there. New York style pizza is hard to come by but they hit a home run with theirs! I used to get grilled chicken salads from here all the time. I just called and placed an order for one for pick up. It had tons of shredded lettuce some grilled chicken chunks lots of bacon chips, and one puddly slice of tomato. It was 8.00. What happened to the friendly people that used to answer the phone? What happened to the days when people cared about what they handed out the window? I called back after I came home and was disappointed because the same girl answered and when I asked what the chicken salad had in it she said"chicken cheese, and bacon." What about carrots? Best Calzone ever. If you order, make sure that you specifically request red dressing with your calzone. It is a sweet, Russian type dressing that sets off the flavors in the crust. It's delicious, trust me. I grew up eating Giovanni's in Wellston, Ohio and I frequent this location every chance I get now that my parents live nearby. read more

Decent pizza for the price. They have delivery if you decide to use that. Make sure you get your receipt if you need it for an expense report. The online menu was different than the actual one, so don't be disappointed if they don't have your favorite item. Very small store. Giovanni's has a thin, but tasty pizza. They use enough sauce and a really filling cheese. Giovanni's has a variety of sizes from about 7 inches all the way to 18 or 21. The inside is small and easy to get an order. They generally make orders quickly. They have a unique taste that is different from other places. They can be pricey depending on what you get. They are comparable to Husson's, Marco's, and Graziano's with their own unique taste. If ever in this area, I suggest you ignore the name brands for local pizza. Giovanni's has great subs too and their spaghetti is the most reasonably priced and best tasting of pizza places. All the Italian places have quality that is barely better for double or triple the price. read more
