It is extremely difficult to screw up the fabrication of a pizza but Gino's (Hurricane) is consistent at it. If you want a pizza that barely meets the definition of said name, come to Gino's. You're better off getting a frozen pizza at Kroger and doing it yourself. Took over an hour from order to them handing it to me in the parking lot. Ordered cheese sticks, got home to find no cheese and the pizza barely had cheese on it. Also, ordered it "well done" and it was actually under done. Just returned from eating at Gino's Pizza in Hurricane, WV. Found the following conditions: 1) eating area floor needed cleaned, trash apparent left from Tudors. (Should have been cleaned by Gino's prior to opening). 2) Delivery driver behind counter where food prep and cooking is happening. Delivery Driver has a long beard that is to the middle of his chest. I' ve worked in the Food Industery before, Regulations state, something like this: if an employee with Facial hair is an area where food is being preped or cooked, said employee is required to be wearing a netting for said facial Hair. 3) Mens Restroom Not ADA Compliant, can't comment on Womens. 4) Mens Restroom needs cleaning attention: partical board chips in floor in front of sink at bottom of cabinet, Toilet dirty in worst kind of way, Walls needed washed, items in floor beside toilet needed to be moved to properly clean floor.( Time for Restroom Makeover, or Update.) 5) Had to go to counter and ask for extra Napkins. Why are there not any napkin dispensers on each table? If a Real Health Inspector came In , they would have issues. read more

Normally when I'm visiting family, I get Husson's pizza. But I figured I'd give Gino's a try since, from what I remembered from childhood, they generally served up a good pie. We ordered online, and received an emailed confirmation. Roughly 30 minutes later, I drove over to pick up the order (large pizza with ham and pineapples). When I got to the window for pickup, I was informed by one person that my order couldn't be located. After a couple minutes, another person informed me that they found the order but that I'd need to wait for the pizza. Okay, sure. I pulled into a parking space and waited another 20 minutes or so. Finally, my pizza was brought out to the car and I headed home. (It's worth pointing out that there were a lot of people waiting for their pizzas, including one guy in a truck who was sitting there when I arrived and was still sitting there when I left.) The pizza itself was not what I recalled from previous ventures to Gino's. Basically, they took a cheese pizza and dumped pineapple and ham on top. The toppings were not baked into the pie, which meant I had a pizza and a side of ham and pineapple since these wouldn't stay put. Worst of all, the crust was soggy. It was awful. Granted, this happened during the holidays so it's possibly that the place runs more smoothly when things aren't so busy. I don't know. I won't be finding out. When I'm in town again, I'll go with Husson's, which always delivers consistently delicious pizza. read more

This should not be on this app ,it makes me Call the store and every time I call they are not delivering .. I love steak pubwitchs but they never deliver I lived in Montgomery WV , and the Gino's there always delivers and that place is a ghost town read more

so i go to hurricane drive thru last night about 830 , wife called in order , ham cheese pubwich and a pizza bread with ex cheese. i get to the window , am told my pizza bread got overcooked and would have to wait while they make another one . no problem except shouldnt i have gotten a little discount for sitting there waiting while my pubwich got cold. Charged me full price and then no ex cheese. NEVER not got a free meal when they mess up the order . Live in hurricane buy will go pizza hut next time read more

I ordered an antipasto salad I said no green olives,no onions. I received no green peppers,no black olives, one piece of cucumber,four very small pieces of ham, four pices of pepperoni, two pices of tomato,cheese and a LOT of lettuce. These salads are very expensive I looked on line and no prices, I got the salad and a small steak sandwich and it was over $14.00.There prices for the product are not worth it . Stopped by for a quick sit down dinner. We ordered spaghetti with meat sauce which comes with your choice of bread, and some individualize pizza. Pretty standard Italian food. Reasonable price and Friendly service. It was good, quick in and out. read more

I adore Ginos. I have tried pizza places all across the nation, but Ginos is still my favorite. It changes a little bit from location to location, but it is still excellent. The pizza, Calzones, and cheesticks are their best items. read more

Last two times ordering there didn't get my wings this time didn't get my wings or my onion rings very disappointed I really like their food

Pasta was watery and over cooked, it resembled something out of a high school cafeteria or Chef Boyardee. Pizza was soggy from its own grease. Go to the Pizza Hut across the street. read more

Slow as hell, more than 45 min when they are not busy, save your money, it cost to much time.

Pizza was far too greasy and soggy. Spaghetti was very watery and soupy. The dining room floor was dirty, tables hadn't been cleaned, counter was sticky, and what we could see of the dirty kitchen from the font counter made me not want to visit again. Employees roll their eyes while taking orders, and the service generally isn't very good. If I could rate the Hurricane Gino's 1 Star, I wouldn't hesitate. read more
