I had ordered 2 of the 6.99 medium pizzas and a salad 42 dollars. I get order no salad so I call and I was told we were out of lettuce. So why did u charge me for it? I was told it would go directly back on. Still not but tell me how 2 - 6.99 pizza and a salad that they were out of cost 42 dollars. I was told gm would call around 430 today no call. I stopped in for a quick lunch while passing through. I ordered one of their lunch specials, my food came quickly and it was very good. The employees were pleasant and took good care of me. I ordered a steak sub and the taste was really good, they put lots of meat and toppings on it. My only negative about my food is that the meat in the middle of the sandwich was a little cold but not so bad that I couldn't eat it. The dining area was clean but they had a couple of tables piled up with pizza boxes that were in various states of assembly. Marco's has good pizza with probably about the worst online ordering process I have ever seen, though I was willing to overlook that when I saw a decent coupon offer lately. I went through the trouble of placing my order only to have the system not acknowledge my coupon. When I called to ask why it wasn't accepting it, the employee simply said "we aren't accepting that" with no further explanation. My guess is they changed their mind after issuing the coupon but rather than honor it and avoid printing the coupon again in the future, they decided to just renege on it in the hopes customers would fall for the bait and switch. Nah, not me, not today. Honor your coupons or don't bother issuing them. I won't be returning, no matter what their future offers are. After all, who knows if they'd honor those either? Overall: 1.0 star ----- Pros: - Good pizza. Cons: - Usual prices are quite high, so coupons help with that... but only when they actually honor the ones THEY mailed out. It's unbelievable they would try to deceive their customers this way. - Terrible online order interface, anything but intuitive. read more

My wife said it was alright but it's my favorite! The topping is fresh and real mozzarella!! It makes A real difference to me on a good to great pizza. These guys never disappoint! We ordered a speciality pizza, Fresca, large. And it was a bomb!so damn tasty. Honestly did not expect it to be so good given its bland appearance, but whoa blew our mind! Also had their bbq chicken pizza that was spot on too. Overpriced, and not that good. My sub & salad weren't "bad" but certainly not "5 star" worthy. Not to mention: I came in when they weren't busy, and I had to stare at my sub on the rack, waiting for one of the five people in the kitchen to let me know it was ready. Not impressed. Great pizza! I had never heard of Marco's til working in the area and it was suggested to me. Much better than the big chains in my opinion. Had the meats pizza which was excellent. Pizza isn't bad, but it's expensive. My orders have been made wrong about 40% of the time. Still edible, but when I pay 16 dollars for a pizza and it's not made correctly... once or twice is forgiveable, but I would rather go somewhere that can give me what I order. read more

Decided to order delivery after a long cold day of soccer. Thought it would take a little longer, but the wait was not long at all. Decided on a medium cheese as well as an order of cheesy bread. Both the pizza and cheese bread was hot and fresh. The dipping sauce was excellent (needed more). The pizza was really good and the crust was not too thick not too thin. The cheese bread on the other hand was thick and had a good portion of cheese and parmesan. Would most definitely order from here again. read more

Staff at this location are extremely polite and helpful. The food is also pretty good quality for the price you pay. The pizzas are usually cooked well throughout and are flavorful. The amount of sauce and cheese used for the crust size is nearly perfect, and the ingredients taste fresh as well. read more

LOVE this place! We live right beside the one in Barboursville/ Huntington and get it all the time!! We've had the subs, pizzas, cheese bread, and wings and they are ALL great!! They're ranch isn't the best but I'm picky about ranch. They're pizza sauce is soooo good! We've never been disappointed! read more

One of the better pizza places in the area, only Backyard Pizza is better. Great, fresh ingredients, great service, great taste. Once the accidentally cut my pizza in slices when I had ordered squares online (not a big deal) but they gave me the pizza free AND made me a new one. I go for Marco's before another chain (Papa Johns, Dominos, etc.) any day. read more
