Mom went to pick them up at the drive thru and they didn't have our order. 2 workers both came to the window stating they hadn't received an order but they did finally find it. No big deal and they were supposed to be making it. 15 more minutes go by before a different employee comes to the window. Mom was on the phone with me and this lady had an attitude problem. She says she was the manager however she had on pajama pants and a shirt so not very manager like. She told mom that they were printing off the order and would be making it. Keep in mind we were told that 15 minutes earlier and by this point it had been 55 minutes since I had ordered online. Mom told her this. She informed my mother that online orders were not a priority and that customers in the store came first. I was on speakerphone and told her again how long it had been in total. She said she wasnt going to argue and would just walk away and again stated that customers in the store were the priority not online or drive thru orders. I told her we no longer wanted the food and mom started ti ask her something. In the middle of our sentence she shut the window and walked away. We never raised our voices or had an attitude about the situation. If you know me you know what a miracle that was! So just be warned if you order from this restaurant online that they do not care about your business or want it apparently. We order from here regularly but that won't happen anymore. And if the owner keeps the purple haired pajama bottom wearing rude female as her manager she can expect to lose business from others as well.
