And there were people going thru the drive thru so we tried the front door and it was locked so we tried the other and it was unlocked so we thought they were open but they weren't . I won't rate the service we got there because there isn't 0 stars! We were 03/13/26 @ 345pm and our tacos was in a bag and thrown on the floor then picked up and handed to us. I asked the guy to check and see if they were broken. This guy looks in the bag and tells they look fine to him. Did he have x-ray vision? Hands the bag to us. We left. Opened our tacos and all 4 were broken. I had my husband take me back there and we walked in and explained to the manager and he repeated to us that they fell on the floor then handed to us. I said yes! He made us 4 new ones. He told us to throw away the old ones. I left them on the counter for them to see we weren't lying! If you're not cut out to work with the public find a different job. Please. We trust these people to make food we put in our bodies! Makes me wonder what they actually do behind the scenes! Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food chains. While visiting my parents in Ohio I stopped here to pick up dinner for me and my Dad. I've never seen such a slow drive thru. There were a couple of cars ahead of me when I arrived and it took nearly 20 minutes to get out of this drive-thru. The food quality was average compared to the Taco Bell near my house in Jacksonville. I'll probably eat here again because there's not many choices in this small town. But I think next time I'll go inside. Maybe the wait will be shorter. read more

I was standing at register for a while, had online order and they had no orders in the kitchen, and I had to shout to the kitchen if they had my order. I walked in and ordered my food on the self checkout screens. I asked for 2 cantina crispy chicken tacos with the creamy chipotle sauce. They gave me 3 cantina crispy chicken tacos with advocado ranch. I asked if they could fix it and they said they will see what they can do. They didnt give me new tacos or ask to see my food. This is probably the worst fast food In southern ohio. Every time I Order food it either takes 20-30 minutes or the food is cold or near uncooked. The service is some of the worst around and they desperately need new staff. I usually keep low standards for places like this but I just can't get over how bad this place is. This has to be one of the worst ran franchises in the country. Ive lived nearby over a decade and I'll swing through the drive thru out of necessity every few months, but its consistently a regrettable experience. Be prepared to wait 20+ minutes if there is even a single car ahead, prices are 10-20% higher than the Portsmouth location just 3 miles away, incompetent cashiers will shortchange you more often than not, the list goes on. No security cameras outside if you happen to get hit by a drunk driver, as I have now on two occasions, just sitting in the drive thru.
