Top notch service. I brought a load of sodden towels after a flood in my home and they washed and…read moredried them all for a reasonable price, and turned them around in less than a day! Can't say enough good things about their fluff and fold!

I have been a loyal customer of this laundromat for a VERY long time, but after my recent…read moreexperience, I will not be returning. I came in with six or seven loads of laundry, so I was constantly moving between machines, loading clothes and adding detergent. I had only been there for about 20 minutes when the owner approached me in a very casual, unprofessional manner and asked if I had clothes in one of the washers. He pointed toward the front of the laundromat and said someone had pulled them out because they were "just sitting there." I told him those were my clothes and explained that I was the only person handling several loads. With only two hands, it naturally takes time to get detergent into every machine. I had already added detergent to that washer, and instead of taking a moment to ask the customers in the building if the load belonged to anyone, someone removed my clothes with the detergent still all over them. What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of accountability. There was no apology, no acknowledgment that what happened was wrong, and no effort to make the situation right. Instead, I was questioned about what time I arrived and whether I had even been inside the building. Ironically, he even admitted he had seen me when I arrived, which confirmed that I had been there the entire time. To make matters worse, I had stopped at the store beforehand and only had enough money to buy a small bag of detergent powder. That detergent was mostly wasted when my clothes were removed from the machine, and I was left with the inconvenience and expense of having to figure out what to do next. If a washer contains clothes covered in fresh detergent, the reasonable thing to do is ask the customers inside if the load belongs to anyone before removing it. Assuming it was abandoned without making any effort to verify ownership is unacceptable. I was so upset that I took my wet clothes to another laundromat to finish drying them. This experience showed a lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service. I also can't help but think about how frustrating this would have been for someone who is elderly, disabled, or doesn't speak English fluently. Situations like this should be handled with much more care and consideration. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, nor will I recommend this laundromat to others.

So then I was left with 4 chairs. I bought really nice material and foam and fabric scissors and a fabric nail gun and I went to work. I took off the seat pad and stripped off the fabric and threw away the old foam. I bought new foam and cut the new material and tried to re-upholster is myself. I finished and I just stared at it for about half an hour. I mean it would work but it was wrong. I don't know how else to say it other than it was wrong. The shape was wrong. The cloth was loose. I was so disheartened but I also did not have money to get it professionally done.....or so I thought. My grandmother had her couch re-upholstered professionally somewhere else and it cost her over $4,000 so I am expecting 4 chairs could be like $1,000 maybe. I didn't know what it would cost but I was expecting it to cost a lot. After 6 months of barely using the chairs and just staring at them I finally requested a quote on Yelp from Herrera's Upholstry. Ben got back to me right away and his quote was really low....like i was not sure if he was quoting me just for labor or something. I was a little confused. Anyways my wife dropped off the chairs and picked them up and he kept the price as what he said. My wife gave him a little extra because he had to use extra material. I think thats fair. I get home from work to look at the work they did and WOW! Just wow. This guy does some really good quality work. I will be bringing back more stuff for him to reuphoster. Thanks for the great work!

This was the worst home repair experience I've had. Diamond Pro Handyman Services misrepresented…read moretheir ability to complete a basic drywall repair. I hired them to fix drywall damage after removing glued accent bars. Although I had already purchased the correct supplies, Fernando told me via Yelp messenger to return them and said he would bring his own. He outlined the proper repair steps in the message too, so I moved forward. When he arrived, he did not have the necessary materials and immediately began applying texture spray (using my supplies). He force-dried primer with a heat gun, skipped applying joint compound entirely, and waited over an hour for someone to bring him texture spray. He repeatedly asked me what to do next despite being hired as the professional. While the wall initially looked okay, it became clear as it dried that the repair was done incorrectly and will need to be completely redone. Basically, he repaired the wall with primer and paint only. His communication via text message and through Yelp Messager are straight Ai answers. I was able to recover some funds back through Yelp. Two actual professionals stated this will need to be undone and then done properly. This repair is now going to cost me more. Do not trust this business just because it's backed by Yelp. That made me feel safe to hire the business in the first place but that was a big mistake.
