They were phenominal and they came out on time and everything was explained thuroughly so I understood it all. I had to delay 2 times. I was EXTREMELY embaressed but getting the house ready was harder than I thought. The day of I was confused and disappointed though as some other company showed up to do the work. They told me they were sub contractors. I live about 1 hour away from them but they never told me they were going to use sub contractors. I was dissapointed in this but if they get the job done and the company stands by their warranty I am happy. It's a lot of work to get the house ready and I am just worried that when we move in later we notice termites again then it will be a big ordeal with having to rent a hotel etc so I really hope their sub contractors are the best. read more

We were looking for a termite company to come out ASAP due to some changes in our timeline. I probably reached out to over 20 places but got turned down because others were booked out 1-3 weeks in advance. I was extremely happy that Termite Biz was able to step in, while also being extremely competitive with their pricing (lower than any company). Additionally, they offered a 5 year warranty plan that included preventative treatment after. They also don't drill walls into the ground which I learned is less effective and also ruins your property. We worked with Marvin via text communication, and Stephanie was the coordinator who helped me out alongside Marvin in this whole process. She was very attentive and would give me call backs and respond to my emails. She also helped me when we had a little hiccup with tenting the right areas (good thing we came to check), and coordinated the after care treatment and asked one of their guys, Mike, to come out on a Sunday which is typically a day of rest. I scheduled 2 vendors to inspect the termite problem that we were having. Brandon (Kim) came and had a very thorough inspection. It was a warm day, Brandon crawled into the crawl space and attic to make sure he check every corner of the house. (BTW, the inspector from the other company did not even bother to check crawl space and attic.) The quote is competitive and we decided to go for the fumigation. The tenting crew came on time and were polite and professional.The entire process was smooth without any incident. Brandon (with one other technician) came back after the tent was removed to do more treatment in crawl space and attic. Other businesses told me I would need to remove an attached patio, which is tangled with a Wisteria tree, in my backyard, but his crew was able to set up a fumigation tent over my house without covering the patio and the tree. In our case, it was found on east facing wall near the door. Upon further inspection, we found few more spots near windows. The first company that did the inspection, recommended a full termite treatment (the one where they cover the entire house & we have to move out for 3+ days). The logistics for a full treatment wasn't too easy for the family. So we decided to try Termite Biz who also does localized treatment. I read great reviews about Mike & specifically asked for him. He inspected the house and told us exactly what can be done to eliminate the problem in few hours. We scheduled it for yesterday and Mike came did the magic. It took around 3-4 hours I think. He & his colleague not only covered the spots previously identified, but also covered the attic and crawlspace. We got a 2 year warranty too! Oh man I forgot to finish this review from a few years ago. But... Marvin was super nice and professional. Did not sell us on things we didn't need. Mike came out and spray everywhere that had had expose wood for us. Even the had to reach area under a small crawl space. He had to put a full jump suit and crawl in. Thanks for the hard work. I guess the good part of finishing the review a few years later is that I can give an update. I went back in the crawl space at have not seen any new termites.
