We were looking for a termite company to come out ASAP due to some changes in our timeline. I probably reached out to over 20 places but got turned down because others were booked out 1-3 weeks in advance. I was extremely happy that Termite Biz was able to step in, while also being extremely competitive with their pricing (lower than any company). Additionally, they offered a 5 year warranty plan that included preventative treatment after. They also don't drill walls into the ground which I learned is less effective and also ruins your property. We worked with Marvin via text communication, and Stephanie was the coordinator who helped me out alongside Marvin in this whole process. I scheduled 2 vendors to inspect the termite problem that we were having. Brandon (Kim) came and had a very thorough inspection. It was a warm day, Brandon crawled into the crawl space and attic to make sure he check every corner of the house. (BTW, the inspector from the other company did not even bother to check crawl space and attic.) The quote is competitive and we decided to go for the fumigation. The tenting crew came on time and were polite and professional.The entire process was smooth without any incident. In our case, it was found on east facing wall near the door. Upon further inspection, we found few more spots near windows. The first company that did the inspection, recommended a full termite treatment (the one where they cover the entire house & we have to move out for 3+ days). The logistics for a full treatment wasn't too easy for the family. So we decided to try Termite Biz who also does localized treatment. I read great reviews about Mike & specifically asked for him. He inspected the house and told us exactly what can be done to eliminate the problem in few hours. We scheduled it for yesterday and Mike came did the magic. It took around 3-4 hours I think. He & his colleague not only covered the spots previously identified, but also covered the attic and crawlspace. We got a 2 year warranty too! Mike came out and spray everywhere that had had expose wood for us. Even the had to reach area under a small crawl space. He had to put a full jump suit and crawl in. Thanks for the hard work.
