I received notification from UPS that my package had been delivered to this location and was available for pickup through September 15, 2026. Because I am currently unable to physically go into the location due to a foot injury, I sent my sister to retrieve the package on my behalf. She followed the instructions provided by UPS and brought the necessary information/identification. My sister was treated rudely by the manager from the beginning of the interaction. The manager ultimately refused to release the package to her and instead gave her the UPS customer service number and told her to contact UPS. When my sister returned home and explained what had happened, I called the business because I was genuinely trying to understand what the issue was and what I needed to do to obtain my package. Rather than allowing me to explain the situation or ask questions, the manager immediately began yelling at me and repeatedly interrupted me. I explained that I was not physically present at the location and was trying to understand what had happened. He continued yelling and told me that he had already provided solutions. I acknowledged that I understood the solutions he was referring to, but told him that I did not appreciate the way he was speaking to me and that his behavior was unprofessional and completely unprovoked. The interaction became so aggressive that I became extremely upset and felt unsafe and scared during the conversation. I was attempting to resolve a legitimate issue concerning a package that UPS had directed me to this location to retrieve. I did not call to argue with or disrespect anyone. I understand that a business may have identification or authorization requirements for releasing packages to someone other than the named recipient. My concern is that those requirements were not communicated to my sister in a professional or respectful manner, and that when I called to clarify the situation, I was yelled at rather than being given an opportunity to understand what was required. Avoid management at all costs!!

Kim of NotaryPro Today charged me more because of my sex. Her communications to my wife, who had contacted Kim on my behalf, were plain rude. Lastly, she failed to arrive at the appointed place and time. Now, Kim has left me in a bind to find a notary public to meet a fast approaching deadline. I contacted Kim on a Saturday because I needed a notarization, but UPS did not have a notary on shift. Because I was driving I asked my wife to contact a notary. She found NotaryPro Today. The quote my wife received from Kim, the notary, was for $35 dollars. At 4pm I contacted Kim myself to schedule her services. She quoted me $40. When I pointed out the inconsistency, Kim said "It's $40 for you." Additionally, despite the fact that her hours were until 7pm, she said that she was in for the night at 4pm. She then said she could meet me the following day, and we set up a 10am meeting. The following day she ghosted me. She repeated that the $35 fee was for my wife and that $40 was for me, even though it was my signature/document that Kim would notarize. She added additional charges because it was a Sunday, even though she's the one who refused to meet me on Saturday. Kim then told my wife that if we didn't like what she was charging me, I could find another notary. Do not use the services of NotaryPro Today. Her pricing is completely arbitrary and based on the customer's sex, she's rude to potential customers, and she will leave you hanging.

We set up a time and comfortable place to meet and she was able to provide the two witnesses we needed to make our will valid. She also accepts a few different forms of payment so that was a breeze, too. For us there was no unease in singing a document such as a will but I can imagine for some folks it might an emotional thing to do...Kimberly was easy to talk to and made the process comfortable and efficient. Highly recommend if you need a notary!

The storefront looks a bit sketchy, but there were signs for FedEx and USPS that gave it some legitimacy. The process was very easy, just dropping it off with the man at the front desk who was kind. I did not get any sort of confirmation or have anything scanned, which i found a bit odd. Then, a month went by and I still had not received word that the return had been processed, and when I called the Mailbox of Olympia, the man who answered the phone simply told me there's nothing he can do about it. I kind of figured as much, so I called the business I ordered the item from and they told me that a FedEx location (Mailbox of Olympia) had received my package over a month ago, but the business who I ordered from had never received the return. Thankfully, they were able to refund me even though the package never got shipped. In the future, I will be driving further out of my way to go to a corporate location to ensure that my packages get delivered. Maybe the package really did just get lost in the delivery process, but there were too many red flags (sketchy storefront, not asking for any info when I dropped off the package, unable/unwilling to help when I called) to give them a second chance. This store may be a good place to get small services done as other reviewers have stated, but I would recommend going somewhere else to ship valuables.
