Lots of good reviews here so take my experience with a grain of salt. I recently had an expensive package to return and dropped it off here as they state they are an authorized FedEx shipper. The storefront looks a bit sketchy, but there were signs for FedEx and USPS that gave it some legitimacy. The process was very easy, just dropping it off with the man at the front desk who was kind. I did not get any sort of confirmation or have anything scanned, which i found a bit odd. Then, a month went by and I still had not received word that the return had been processed, and when I called the Mailbox of Olympia, the man who answered the phone simply told me there's nothing he can do about it. I kind of figured as much, so I called the business I ordered the item from and they told me that a FedEx location (Mailbox of Olympia) had received my package over a month ago, but the business who I ordered from had never received the return. Thankfully, they were able to refund me even though the package never got shipped. In the future, I will be driving further out of my way to go to a corporate location to ensure that my packages get delivered. Maybe the package really did just get lost in the delivery process, but there were too many red flags (sketchy storefront, not asking for any info when I dropped off the package, unable/unwilling to help when I called) to give them a second chance. This store may be a good place to get small services done as other reviewers have stated, but I would recommend going somewhere else to ship valuables. read more

Whether you are in need of renting a private P.O. Box or in need of shipping services, this is your one-stop-shop! My favorite thing about Dave and his business is his promptness when alerting me to a delivery. I rest easy knowing my deliveries are safe and secure with Dave until I am able to come retrieve them. 24 hour secured, but accessible by key access to the private mailboxes are my favorite feature as I can come and go as I please. Dave is amazing and I'll be going to him exclusively for all my mail house needs. I made a big mistake in the design of my postcard and ended up not having space for the machine to post them all. He went above and beyond to do the job with more manual work than estimated for the same cost. He's completely service oriented - even helped unload the boxes from my car - and his rates were totally reasonable. Dave is amazing and I definitely love having my mailbox here. Also the fact it's a small business is amazing. I feel comfortable talking to him and at ease knowing my packages are being delivered to him. Location is definitely convenient and I love the access to the mailbox even when it's closed. I love that the door is locked at night and you have to know the code. Especially since I'm a woman and while checking the mail at night I want to feel safe. Especially if I have my back to the door. Also the email confirmation of a package delivery is something I have never had from previous mailbox businesses. We are military and have had to move around often. read more

Dave has always been very prompt and accurate with the mail service. I rent a private mailbox and receive/ship packages regularly. I receive a convenient email when I have a package waiting for me. Dave took to knowing my name and mailbox number within the first week. I feel that my business is appreciated there and that it's a one stop shop for all of my mailing and receiving needs.
