The place does it all! I originally had to go to fedex, UPS, and the USPS. I only came here because it's is listed as a fedex center. They also notarize and will pack packages. The customer service is top notch. They helped me disassemble a table to ensure the box was easier and cheaper to ship. It ended up being $40 vs UPS's $200. Great guy who owns the place! Genuine, good old fashion service! Their black lab greets you at the counter. Stoked to have a place my mail can be delivered while I'm in transition between places to live. Accepts any packages big or small. Said he'll even check if you mail if you call him before and don't don't want to come down to check. Great SERVICE!! He was $5 less per month then the UPS stores mail boxes and they don't charge a $20 application fee like the UPS store. Definitely worth my business. Great job guys! read more

What's the point of checking ID for the employees at the Mail Room to give my package out to the wrong recipient? Makes no sense right?! The female employee gave my package to the wrong person. The male employee who checked my ID to verify the pick up of my package didn't notice that he was giving me the wrong package. Obviously they aren't checking and properly verifying the packages they're giving out. read more

This is a great example of a family run business. They care, know all of their customers, and are always kind whenever I come in. I had an issue with a shipment taking longer than expected, and had a mild heart attack that perhaps it didn't get shipped out (usps so tracking was harder). Brandon went above and beyond to get me info on the packages and ensure we would get to the bottom of it. The issue was with USPS and not The Mail Room. This level of personalized customer service is basically unheard of these days! Thank you for being a solid part of the community.
