Every time I use the Mail Room, I have received the best service. Worth going a little farther just for the service.

Brandon went above and beyond to get me info on the packages and ensure we would get to the bottom of it.

Don't ship ship ANYTHING using FedEx EVER!!!!!!…read more This company is a DISGRACE to the service industry and is totally spineless!!! My wife cooked a special meal for our daughter and requested NEXT DAY delivery on two separate occasions and both deliveries FAILED!!! Here are the details: Attempt #1 - Dropped off the package on Friday 3/20/26 and paid for Saturday delivery. Package was not delivered until the following WEDNESDAY!!! My wife lost the receipt so we were unable to make a claim. Attempt #2 - Cooked another meal and tried again. This time dropping off early Thursday and paid for next day delivery for Friday. We paid $135 for the delivery and this time saved our receipt. When the package was not delivered Saturday we went to the store and complained. We asked for a refund. The store has NO POWER to offer refunds!!!! They make you call the 800 number!!! Well, it was the weekend and no one was available. We called on Monday and were told it has not yet been delivered and we have to call AFTER the delivery is made. I called The next day (after it was delivered) and was told you have to file a claim ONLINE - they won't do it over the phone!!!! I went online to file a claim, guess what? You have to have an account to file a claim!!! So I created an account and even gave them my credit card number to be able to open an account! Tried to file a claim and kept getting error messages!!! Called back and told them the issue. I was on the phone for 45 minutes. I was transferred to 3 different people (including online support where they couldn't help me file online). The third person refused to give me a refund!!!! Her reasoning: "I see the driver attempted to make the delivery on Friday and was unable to access the building!" I explained I was not requiring a SIGNATURE and they should have just left it at the door. I also explained they had the phone number of our daughter, why didn't they call her??? I explained she was home!!! They didn't care!!! No refund!!!

As I entered the store she was just finishing up with another customer and put the stuff down without finishing it to address me. While dealing with me another customer came it and dropped off a package and handled both of us very well. I highly recommend this FedEx, just because I saw how well Shay dealt with everybody and helped me out where others couldn't. Thanks Shay!!

We have had this box for a few years... access/ parking was horrible. They seem to go though employees like water... The owner is a stressed out, rude young man... When my husband and I finally gave up and came in to close our box... he said to my husband, "he didn't care if this 80 year man closed his box or not" (btw my husband is only 70... :-)... truly bizarre behaviour... It was an unbelievable exchange. I've never seen anything like it. If you read this please share with your friends in the area... close your box and find better service and a business owner that cares about his customers.

Me personally, I haven't had any issues. My mom and I used to have a box here so we came and got mail a lot, and I also sell online so I send some things out too. They even take my USPS mail unless it's oversized. The employees have always been kind to my mother and I and even remember our names. They've also offered to help us bring out packages when there's no other customers which they don't have to do. I feel bad I don't remember their names! I'm horrible with names. Parking is awful but that's not their fault. I've only had great experiences here!

All the publications of The Arts and Crafts Press are letterpress printed and bound by hand. The Press also produces greeting cards and artworks that are letterpress printed from hand cut blocks inspired by the turn-of-the-century movement. I have met Bruce and Yoshiko and have been a fan (and an occasional customer) of their work for years. They make beautiful cards, prints, etc. that never cease to draw me in. To raise funds needed for sending urgent medical care and other supplies to the Japanese victims, Yoshiko has decided to donate a new block print for the relief effort. It's a seascape of "Matsushima Bay," just northeast of Sendai along the coastline hit by the tsunami. ALL of the proceed from this Matsushima print ($30/print) will go towards a volunteer organization called Empact Northwest (www.empactnorthwest.org) that is at this moment in Japan working to provide medical relief in the Sendai area. In addition, if you frame your Matsushima Bay print at The Framer's Workshop, they will donate 20% of the framing price to Empact Northwest. And let us all hope that the Tohoku region will again become safe, vibrant and beautiful, as conveyed within this small print that I just purchased.

I recently shipped two packages from this location containing a tuba (the bell and body come apart and were packaged separately). I provided the same dimensions for the boxes that were printed by the manufacturer and weighed the package at home. I was later charged an additional $300 after the package was delivered, with the billing adjustment saying that the packages weighed over 130lbs and the boxes were each 1 inch larger in dimension than I had stated. Given that thousands of middle school children across the nation carry and play tubas every single day in band class, I doubt any tuba weighs nearly that much. I am confident that the tuba, with packing material included, weighed about 50lbs. And given that I used the exact dimensions that came printed on the boxes themselves and the boxes weren't deformed, I'm confident in the measurement. The person who accepted my packages did not say anything about the weight being off. In fact, she confirmed that the larger of the two packages weighed about 35lbs and the smaller weighed about 15. I have no idea where the later weights of 70 and 60lbs came from. And I can only assume that the dimensions they told me came from sloppy measurement and an inability to read the dimensions posted clearly on the box. Somewhere along the line, somebody's gross negligence is costing me $300. I will NEVER ship packages here again, even if I do somehow get my money back.
