Jennifer has been doing my hair since Beauty College. I would follow her Anywhere! Her passion is literally achieving 100% customer satisfaction. She's able to do this with the "countless" hours she's put into her business and continuous on-going education of the latest and greatest. Even to the point of tackling the "really hard uncomfortable stuff" that sometimes comes up. I'm actually addressing the issue of Jennifer's integrity which is beyond reproach! After a few hard knocks, Jennifer found it necessary to implement absolute guidelines regarding appointments, deposits, and cancellations.. which are all stated on her website. When u have a stylist as talented and gifted as Jennifer is .. that's what is necessay and fair to her clients and her livelihood. Remember that she too has a family, a young son, a mortgage so for her to turn away a client because she's booked and then that client not show up... well... they agreed to the policies from the get go. Otherwise why leave ur debit card? Sorry if u didn't read the policy but that's ur bad. My dentist even charges me an office visit if I don't give 24 hrs notice cancellation! This next statement is directly from me! I know there's a certain individual out there attempting to reap havoc for Jennifer and the Salon. I'm going to nicely point out a few facts. Jennifer's policies are stated and they are separate and individual from the Salons...Period. She is an independent stylist like Most all stylists in salons. I had the wonderful privilege of Jennifer Kerr doing my hair back in March 2016. Before I was even in the chair, she was so considerate while listening as I described the look I wanted with both my cut and color. We worked together perfectly, I thought, and created a fun new look for me to show off. It was a truely one of the kind color. Then when I was in the chair for the cut and color, she allowed me to ask questions and she answered in a clear manner that I could understand. Jennifer talked me through the whole process and then was willing to stay late hours to get the work done! She did a make over on me as well for the complete look. I learned so many new tricks when it comes to make up from her! My favorite were my eyebrows. She shaped them and then filled them in. I looked like a new person. Then after all that, Jennifer taught me how to take care of my hair while at home. She taught me how to wash it but also dry it so it has volume and bounce. This is something I had never considered before really. And now when I dry my hair I do the way Jen taught me. I was very pleased with my experience with Jennifer. I am happy to say we are plotting my newest look and will continue seeing her for all my hair needs. Since my first visit, I have been to see Jennifer many times for cut and color. Hello I had to come on here and write a review because I had a appointment with Jennifer new client first time appointment, she was so sweet and had me read her policies and booking info before I booked, and it stated if I needed to reschedule my appointment that I needed to give enough advance notice or I would be charged, for that time slot and space she sets aside for just her client which I love because I've been getting my hair done since I was 12 I'm 33 now and I've had times with other stylists where there working other people in with my time and I don't like it! So I scheduled a apt and then had to move it due to illness and gave her enough notice then I had to just cancel altogether but again knowing the policy I gave her enough advance notice that it again wasn't a issue! She was super kind gracious and from the first time I asked to book with her she directed me to her policy page! So any client knows this going in and I have 4 kids this is the policy at there salon little angles in Salem, a lot of salons are doing this and I get it so I had to come on here and say my experience with Jennifer and her salon was great and I hope to book in the future! read more

Ok I'm totally obsessed with Jen and her skills! I came to Jennifer with black box dye black hair and after 5-6 sessions I have the platinum I've always wanted. It's very blended and I always gets lots of compliment. She will always tell you if the look you're going for is realistic or not and does an amazing job with what you're looking for. I came across Jennifer on one of my friends Facebook post. My friend recently got her hair done by her and I was in obsessed with the color/outcome. So I then checked out Jennifer's page through her Facebook's Bussiness page and through there I set up an appointment (online). I have been going through Jennifer to get my hair done for the last year and a half to two years and she is by far the best hairstylist/colorist I've ever had! I'm also very picky with haircuts and every single time she cuts my hair I am in love so that tells you a lot. Prices are good and service is always excellent. She's very nice! The salon is cute. I had box dyed red hair and wanted to go pastel colors (unicorn hair) I know I was nuts! lol.. So I definitely needed a pro! I decided to look around for a hair stylist (I reached out to so many) and I came across Jenny. She throughly explained the hair process, pricing and her policies. She was honest about realistic hair expectations. She was the ONLY hair stylist who didn't tell me "oh yeah, sure I can do that" or "no your hair won't be damaged" which was my biggest worry. Ok long story short I finally booked a balayage with Jenny and she did an amazing job of maintaining my hairs integrity. I've been going to Jenny for over a year now. She's so flexible with scheduling which is a plus. I've been her latest client a few times and she's always so friendly and professional. Definitely doesn't rush you out. I highly recommend her! Jennifer is AMAZING! She has cut my hair and colored it many many times. It always turns out perfect! I trust her so much that I hired her to do my hair, my wedding party's hair, and my makeup for my wedding. I felt so beautiful that day, like I do any other time that I pay Jenny for her services. Let me just put this out there.... I am a cake decorator. If someone orders a high priced cake from me, I require a deposit. If they end up cancelling this order for any reason, I keep the quite large deposit. All businesses have and SHOULD have policies such as this. If you get upset about something like this, you clearly did not thoroughly look over the cancellation policy. Her time, like anyone's, is valuable. I hate seeing someone slander a hard working person that is doing something she loves while helping to support her family. If you are lucky enough to get an appointment with Jenny, she will work magic with your hair. I have watched her work very hard to grow her business. She is now booked up far in advance - but she still takes her time with each client to make sure they get what they want. She really cares that her clients are happy. Don't be afraid to show her pictures and ask tons of questions - she will be kind but honest about how many sessions it will take to achieve your hair goals and keep your hair healthy. I usually get my hair done once every three months and have since I was 17. I was never happy with my hair. I would always leave salons unhappy. I found Jenny on Instagram and messaged her because her pictures and her work was flawless. After my first appointment two years ago I feel in love with her work and her. Jenny is amazing. Her policies are well spelled out in her confirmation email and she takes great care in ensuring each client is taken care of from booking to finish. It makes me rest easy knowing everything upfront. I only trust my hair to her and for good reason. I first contacted Jenny in regards to a color service. We chatted back and forth about pricing and what would be best for my hair.
