Ashley met me at the front door, and went over the treatments, medication's and what I should expect, then offered me a drink and allowed me to pick my comfort station. Everyone here is a certified medical professional and great at their job! This was my first ever gyno appt so I was extremely nervous but everyone in the office made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Mashburn really takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and answers all my crazy questions (even listens when I start rambling on about my life problems LOL). I visit the office every 3 months and it almost feels like I'm going to visit a friend rather than seeing my gyno! Typically as soon as I check in at the front desk, they will bring me back to an exam room right away (no wait!). On maybe a handful of occasions, I did have a wait but it was always less than 5 minutes. I am usually in and out of the office within 30 minutes, and within 45mins - 1hr on my annual visits. The one and only complaint I can make is that they are usually booked up 2 months in advance so I imagine it would be difficult to make an appointment for a new patient.
