The crew was also very efficient, showing up exactly at 9am and completing the job by 4:30pm (same day). The fence looks absolutely fantastic. It was such a positive experience that I struggle to find any faults. If I had to be nitpicky, they did leave small advertisements for the company on the fence (though this also proves how much they stand by their work). Documenting decisions in writing proved helpful for keeping everyone on the same page. Any problems we had were resolved fairly, such as correcting the direction of our stairs. Aaron is a man of his word but prefers to conduct most of his business through texting. We first contacted LEI and they promptly scheduled a time to visit our property with YPG to see what was possible within the budget we set out. We completed the design with YPG and LEI scheduled a time for the project demolition. A later approximate time for planting was set, but that was dependent on the availability of the various plants we had selected. Everything scoped in the design was completed within the budget and any add-ons we later requested were priced separately and fairly.

However, once installation started, things changed significantly. The crew arrived late every day -- typically 30 minutes to an hour and a half -- without any prior notice. Communication with the contractor during the project was difficult to maintain. The project was quoted as taking 1-3 days but ended up taking 6 days. While some of the delay was due to necessary leveling work, the first day consisted only of carpet removal with less than 4 hours of actual work. The flooring itself looks great. However, the finished work left several issues: gaps along the baseboards, paint damage on the walls, and pink staining in multiple areas. One gap measured nearly 1/4 inch and was only addressed after I raised it myself-- it was not proactively caught or fixed by the crew. Additional smaller gaps remain unresolved. The walls and baseboards were noticeably more damaged after installation than before. The initial impression was positive, which made the overall experience all the more disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
