These guys are so mean. Eric and "Joe" AKA Faron stood there while working on my bike, just bashing it. Sure, it's been dropped 3 times. Sure, I don't know what I'm doing when I'm working on it. But that doesn't mean you can just talk smack about my precious only mode of transportation other than public. I brought the bike in to have the tires replaced. They then proceeded to tell me that my cracked valve stems were no good and replaced them. They didn't even give them back to me! They just threw them away! Then they said my handlebars were too loose and tightened them for me. I was just getting used to how they would vibrate and the deadzone of handling! Then they took off all my wheel weights! How am I supposed to make sure the wheel stays on the ground now?! They then told me that the clutch cable barrel or something like that was broken and needed to be replaced ASAP. They went above and beyond what I even asked them to do. All I wanted was for them to replace the tires and let me go out and kill myself with a marginally operable motorcycle. 10/10 would come back to get made fun of again. Would have given 6 stars but they made me cry a little bit. read more

Had Faron mount a front & rear tire on my 2003 Ninja 636. Place was kinda hard to find because I'm not familiarity the area but the motorcycles sitting outside helped. Took about an hour and some change to do the work while he talked to me about his shop. When he put my bike on the rack he pointed out a few problems and was able to answer any questions I had. I really can't say enough good about these guys. My 04 gsxr 600 was running super tough. It had about 18000 miles on it and had likely never been serviced. They did a16500 mile service and now the bike literally purrs. Before it struggled off the line and lagged tough below 4500 rpm, no more. Had some less than stellar individuals try and steal my motorcycle and made a real mess of my ignition switch. Faron came out to pick it up, putting a solid 30 minutes into it just to get it mobile. Faron not only got it mobile, but changed the ignition switch, ordered keys, adjusted a sensor fault I had, as well as informing me and ordering parts for a recall I was unaware of. This place is a hidden gem. After checking around, for a new rear tire, I called Gixxer Tek and talked to Farron. He has the best price in town and it's a one stop shop. Rode in after work and they had it done in an hour. Farron educated me on tire wear and my front tire was actually 9yrs old and dead too. Both tires replaced and super happy with the work. I needed my tires changed on my 07 gsxr 750 and decided to look on Yelp to see where popular shop were. Gixxertek was on the top so I decided to check it out. I rode in and the owner, Faron, greeted me and asked me what I needed. I asked him on quotes on tires and he was very informative about the processed and what tires I should get. I decided to go with the Dunlop q3's. Installation was a breeze and he did it the moment i asked him. Within an hour or so the old tires and new ones were on. He also told me to keep my eye on my sprocket as it was close to being toast.Very clean shop and awesome service.
