    The man knows his trade!

One man shop! Best service I've ever received. The man knows his trade! Replaced my air stems and did front and back tires in an hour 100$ on the spot! After getting a flat tire on the I-5 and having triple A towing pick me up. And drop me off at his shop. The caveat! I left my wallet at home! This guy took me on my word and had me on the road in an hour for a memorial ride! Thank you Faron!!!

Been letting Faron work on my bikes since 2005 when he worked out of his home. Still trusting him 13 years later and 3 bikes later. There isn't another individual I would trust touching my motorcycles. Most reasonable and straight forward mechanic you will ever meet and a great guy! Will always do what you need and let you know if your waisting your money on the other stuff. I will vouch for this man and his work any day! The day he retires from working on bikes is probably the day I won't ever ride again.

Totally would recommend this shop to anyone with a bike. These guys are honest and hard working. They won't make you spend more than what you need to on unnecessary parts unless you really need them. They have worked on my bike and even picked up my sisters GSXR to & from the shop. I will definitely keep coming back for maintenance or anything else for my bike.

I recommend this shop absolutely! Faron was fair on his pricing, he did great work, and he did it faster than anywhere else I could find. My 1700 cruiser and I thank you Faron! I will be going back for my next need.

He had like 20 motorcycles in his shop. Summer has not even started yet. Gave me a good price on a great battery brand.

No one wants to admit it, but sometimes you need help working on your bike... My bike was dumping fuel after sitting around in storage for a few years, so I called StreetScenes and talked to Kevin. He was very transparent about my options, which I appreciated. There's an automatic system which breaks out exactly how many hours it takes to do whatever it is you need... and this is the framework for you doing it yourself, or serves as the quote source for the full service repair. The final price of the job came out exactly as quoted, so the system seems to work very well. Special mention for DIY being an option. That's super cool. You can just use the garage and tools to fix your own bike, if you don't have the space / tools. I ended up going with full service, and I'm really happy with the results. My baby is running great now! I would definitely recommend Kevin and StreetScenes for anything you need help with on your bike.

And since it wasn't on a common route of mine it would slip from my memory so I wanted to make sure we paid a visit as long we were remembering it. They also had a location in Auburn but that location has since closed. Steve likes leather a little bit more than I do but I still found some great jackets, shoes, boots, belts and rings here. And of course the t shirt section is always a draw for me. The place is super friendly and they had cookies and hot coffee at the front door and offered us to have some. How could we decline? Steve got a small bag here for some of his leather gear to place in and is quite pleased with it. I didn't get anything... yet but knowing how I operate I often need to ponder on something before making a purchase. Some of the jackets are at reasonable prices especially since they are leather and there seemed to be lots of sales but I am not sure if that is because it's near the holiday season or if it's always like that. I definitely want to go back and probably get a ring and a belt and browse some more as there is a lot to take in here. There are some beautiful motorcycles on display here also. I really liked Eagle Leather and once the holiday season settles down probably pay another visit.

As someone who works in sales, I know how important first impressions and customer engagement are. When I walked in, I was greeted with a quick "Welcome in" by a woman on the sales floor, but that was the extent of the interaction. I spent nearly 10 minutes looking at bikes, clearly interested and taking my time to check out the inventory. During that entire time, no one approached me, asked if I had any questions, or offered any assistance. I finally had to speak up myself before I was asked if I needed help. I came in ready to spend thousands of dollars, yet I felt invisible. I don't know why I was overlooked, and I can't say for certain whether my race played a role. However, as a person of color, it's difficult not to question whether I would have been treated differently if I looked like someone else. I'm not asking for special treatment--just the same level of customer service every customer deserves. A dealership should make every potential buyer feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated, regardless of who they are. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that every customer receives the attention and respect they deserve. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I can't recommend Tacoma Motorsports.
