As the bill went up to refurbish my suspension, no fault of MX Trends, he took the time to salvage anything he could and get me the best deal on parts possible. The turn around was much faster than expected especially with the amount of work that went into it. My suspension feels so much more progressive and smooth now, like a new bike. The advantage of my old Trek hybrid is not a lot could go wrong. That's not the same with an ebike. I also didn't want to put it together myself. I like to go fast at times, and I don't trust myself to set the parts correctly. Josh's knowledge of bikes is incredible. I knew I was getting a bike that was set up correctly and could be fixed. Can't say enough about my experience. It's been just over 48 hours, and I have nearly 40 miles on the bike!!!

I ended up with a great headlight and taillight, both rechargeable and both for a little less than I could've ordered them online for. I called and messaged earlier today and he was available within the next hour! I brought my bike in and it took little to no time at all until it was time to pickup my bike. The price was really good, and I'm in love with the sound of my new exhaust. I couldn't install it myself haha so I'm really satisfied.
