He never reached out to me once. I had to call a month later to get the status of my machine. He had no update for me. So I stopped by his place of business to check on things and he hadn't even touched it. So after three months I called him back again and he said he had gotten it running once but wasn't done with it yet. So after five months I called again and he said he couldn't get it running and that I needed to come pick it up. When I got there to get my ATV back he complained about how long he had spent working to get it running and how much money he lost on it. He said that I'm lucky he's not charging me more to get it back. Even though it's not running! And it had some different old battery on it. Not the new one I had provided. And none of the new parts I had left with him were even installed!What a complete piece of crap this guy is. I can't believe he's still in business.
