I appreciated that honest, repair-first approach. The project took a little longer than expected because they refused to install replacement tiles that weren't an exact match. Instead, they located the correct tiles from a Miami tile boneyard so the repair would be done properly. I would much rather wait a little longer than have the wrong materials installed. Andy kept me informed throughout the project, the crew cleaned up after themselves, and the company provided excellent before-and-after photo documentation of the repairs along with a professional invoicing process. We used LGT/"Third Nail Guy" to add hurricane clips to our home. All communication was done by…read moreemail prior to the service. No one came to the house to inspect prior to quoting. We were provided a quote for our house, which we accepted. The technician arrived and completed the work, however it was very unclear whether he needed to do the entire house; after his initial inspection he said he only needed to do two sides. The supervisor who quoted the job said it was just a language barrier thing. We are unsure exactly how much work was actually done, albeit the wind mit inspector signed off and we were able to submit to our insurance. Beware! The biggest issue we had is the technician damaged our 8-month old impact-rated garage door by closing it manually rather than using the keypad as he was instructed. His dirty handprints were all over the soffits and stucco on the front of our house (where he could not access via the attic due to a vaulted ceiling) and on the inside of our garage door. LGT initially took responsibly and a field supervisor came out to repair the door. Once the supervisor arrived, he determined he was unable to repair it himself, because it is an impact door, the dent was in between two panels, and it would potentially void our warranty. The supervisor said he had talked to the tech and the tech "didn't deny" causing the damage. The supervisor agreed that the best course of action was to have the original installer come access the damage and provide an estimate for repair. The repair estimate was over $1500 because both damaged panels have to be replaced. Once LGT/Third Nail Guy received the repair estimate their management's story changed to "the tech did even touch our door"; they tried to blame our roofers (who didn't even start work until 3 days after the Third Nail tech was there); and said, "without a video" they were not willing to stand behind their work. I suggested they come do fingerprint analysis because his dirty handprints are still on the inside of our garage door! We offered to share all the voicemails and emails from the supervisors who initially took responsibility, photos of the tech's handprints all over, and not once did LGT/Third Nail Guy management review any of that. Unfortunately, we're going to have to take them to small claims.

RUN AWAY FAST......... These are NOT Professionals…read more I hired these guys to do my pool deck (strip, level, seal). They were nice guys, but their work was poor at most. I expected a crew of two pros to show up with the right tools and make it happen. Instead, Alex showed up with one other person, and basically showed him how to do the process on the spot. Then Alex took off, because he claimed his time was too valuable. While the worker-bee worked hard, he did a poor job of removing the original sealer, and took NO precautions to avoid getting product in my pool... They made a huge mess everywhere...!! I at the end of the day, when I saw the old sealer was still there and said i wasn't happy, Alex said the process would only be about 80% .. meaning this is the best we can do. I didn't accept this, so they made plans to return to do it again... after the second try, it wasn't much better.. So I sent paid them for the stripping job and sent them away.. I have since brought in a new Company who looked at it, and felt the say was as i did about... The new company had a 100% better policy and a 3 year guarantee. They came in and used the proper tools and process as professionals and made my patio look Brand New... which Eddie & Alex said they couldn't do... I'm not sure how Eddie and Alex are getting good reviews because they don't care about quality and getting the job right even though their prices are inline with pros that get it right... I would STAY FAR away from ever using these guys again.. they were a complete waste of money and caused me a lot of work to clean up after them...
