Martell builders used these contractors and they did a very poor job. The foundation was cracked…read moreand broken with in 5 years. They poured exterior stairs and did a poor job. The stairs were attached to the house, which should not be done. I am not replacing the stairs and fixing the concrete after only being in the house for 10 years. It's a very expensive fix. Do not use these contractors. They were contacted multiple times and would not fix their work.
