The quality of the work was perfect which I know because they send me pictures of the work as it was happening, which I did not even ask for. When my property was being inspected by city officials the contractor showed up in person to walk them through the work they had done. Inspection passed! They Showed up every day they said they would, worked hard and stayed late. Every time I called with a new idea or project they accommodated my requests quickly, safely and affordably. They worked with me on payment options and gave me advice when dealing with insurance. For an experience I didn't not want to have I was very surprised, pleased and relived to have found honest, trustworthy, reliable contractors. These guys had good communication and competitive prices…read more Last month, they installed two vents in my roof for bathroom fans. It was a job that nobody seemed to want (roofers, HVAC). Even the big name company that installed my roof 2 years ago wouldn't do the work. JKR was happy to get the business and was fairly priced.
