Gustavo and his crew re-prioritized our home interior paint project due to rain and these guys worked fast! They were done in 2-3 days and we were mostly happy with the result. They did a great job patching up drywall holes and leaving the leftover paint supplies. If I had to nitpick, I'd point out that not all of the fixtures were replaced, and looking for one was pretty funny, as we found it in a random kitchen drawer. One fixture is on a long chain and it looks like only one of its screws was re-drilled, so it looks like it's precariously dangling. Some paint marks did make it onto some floors, door knobs, but no big deal IMO. I'd recommend giving Gustavo and his team a call. I'd say they did a good job overall and are happy with their work. Where do I start. Gustavo has taken care of my painting needs for more years than I remember. From repainting the entire interior of my personal home ( twice now) to the exterior of more than one of my rental properties, to spaying my vintage iron patio furniture collection. And yes all the maintaince painting that goes with rental properties! As both a home owner and a residential property manager I like to think I know VALUE. Gustavo gives thought to his bids and rarely does the final price exceed his estimate. ( he will bring it up prior to going over bid) We are both fans of Dunn Edwards so that makes color selection; ability to work from the same color deck, EASY. Gustavo has always been able to pick up paint when I did not have the time or physical ability. I bring up physical ability as in the last few years I have become disabled and Gustavo takes that in stide. No longer able to do the 'prep' work I used to as in covering floors etc. doing such is never a problem for him and his thoughtful regular crew. His team, always respectful, and the quality of the work INCREDIBLE! My late mother always marveled at the beautiful cut lines done free hand and the care that was taken in not only prep but clean up!! Also in his repetoire his abilitay to 'sand, sand, sand' and patch when it can be done, but he also makes it clear when a carpenter should be called in! There are some painters that (I have had the displeasure of working with) would patch wood too far gone . . . only someone likes Gustavo, who takes genuine pride in their craft, makes that tough but necesssary call. I met Gustavo while he worked for a larger outfit, one that did not have time for my little jobs. But Gustavo happily worked late or Sundays to fit me in; and how did I appreciate that! Again prices as quoted. It has been both my pleasure and privilege to know and work with Gustavo for well over a decade? Smile. Whatever your painting job may be ~ from a multi story appartment or condo complex to a room or two or perhaps that 'freshen up' on any building; Gustavo brings his years of expereince backed by excellent crew to your project!
