WOW, is all I can say. Pablo and his team did an amazing job. They taped, covered and wrapped everything that was not getting painted including floors. Items in cabinets, and closets were covered to protect them from overspray. Painted surfaces all look great, nothing missed, lines straight and clean. When they were finished, everything was cleaned up, floors were vacuumed, it was like they were never at our house, only way to tell there were here was the fresh paint. Reached out to this company for an exterior paint job for a 2,000 square foot home. Pablo came out, did a 10 min "walk" around, and left saying he'd get me a quote in a day or so. A few days later came back with a $20,000 quote. This includes caulking, SPOT priming (not fully priming the house) and 2 coats of paint.... I don't know if he saw my house and thought I had money to throw at it but that's not the case. Needless to say I passed on his quote. WOW! 805 Paint Pros did a fantastic job painting my home at a very reasonable price! The paint crew thoroughly scraped, sanded, power washed, re-spackled and caulked all chips and cracks. They even took the time to repair the flaking stucco on the slab at the base of the house. They meticulously taped and sealed all windows and frames with plastic sheeting and carefully covered plants and cement around the home. The eaves, facia boards, and stucco look great with a clean thick coat of paint. The crew arrived on site at 7am and finished at 4pm each day. They were friendly, tidy, and efficient. I must say, I used them previously and had a very good experience. This time though, was not as expected. Pablo provided a quote and we agreed on a date to have the work done. The night before his team was to show up, he left a text voice message saying he was sorry but they had to postpone the work to the following week. No personal phone call, always text. The following week I reached out and asked if his guys would be coming and he text once again saying he had not heard from me and didn't think I was interested. Very poor communication, days off work for me to accomodate his schedule and he's a no show. Now its 2 weeks later and I have to find another company to do the work. Had Pablo come out the bid for kitchen cabinets painting. The bid was good and was accepted along with a date to start. Tried to contact the week before agreed date, was told would call back, he never called back. Finally 3 days before start I once again had to call him, Pablo seemed confused about the job that was scheduled in three days. He then called back and need to change move the date back.
