I have been coming to Leesa for years. She has done all my lash services from Volume, Classic, Mega, Hybrid, Lash Tint, even specialty lashes for raves! ‍ She even assisted with suggestions during a recent cancer diagnosis when I lost all hair! Her grace & empathy through the cancer process was so selfless. Teaching me how to use strip lashes if that is what I wanted(since my lashes fell out, I couldn't get extensions). Helping me be and feel beautiful through something so incredibly difficult was such a beautiful act on her part. She is a God send! After chemo she even helped me with serums that would accelerate lash growth! Additionally, she's helped me with brow lamination, tint, and shape up! It looked so good! She was a huge part of getting my confidence back after Chemo and Radiation. When you're at your worst after such a difficult thing, Leesa came to save the day and lift me up! Didn't care for me after I said I bought Groupon. Two days later I wake up with a red rash/ irritated eyes and I know I'm having an allergic reaction. She used toooo much glue on my eyes. I was going on vacation that afternoon and was going to take a flight and be gone for about two weeks.. I text her as soon as I wake up and she does not respond to try to help me. ALL I WAS asking for was to remove my eyelashes, NOT even a refund back. I had to call several times to the actual store. When she answered she said she didn't get my text message, yet little does she know she has her read receipts on her iPhone ARE ON. She says she has no time ? Are you kidding me. I just need a solution on my eye, it takes 20 min. She tells me " take allergy pills and apply coconut oil on your eye and it'll fall off". Thanks. Had a crappy time with my eyelids during Coachella. A week later I still have clumps of eyelashes that will not fall off bc she used TOO MUCH glue. She only cares about people who she thinks will pay more or continue to come back. As soon as I mentioned I was a student it was like she didn't care about me. Update: she still has not reached out to see how I'm doing or respond to this. Thanks i don't have eyelashes now.
